This Waffle House was hands down the cleanest location I’ve ever been in, and the food was absolutely delicious! We tried the new protein bowl that came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint. Our waitress, Grace, was so sweet and truly lived up to her name—graceful, attentive, and welcoming. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. If you’re ever in the Conway area, I highly recommend stopping by this Waffle House. You won’t regret it!

Man I really enjoyed being here our waitress (Brooklyn) was very astounding she was diligent on our drinks and whatever we may need, has a great vibe upon approaching if we needed something else out of the ordinary, friendly and patient. I live in Little Rock but I’m definitely willing to travel to conway food this particular location just to eat here we will be coming back, as far as the food, it was absolutely the best I’ve ever had in any Waffle House. The atmosphere was cozy clean and nice if I had to complain about anything it would be that the their machine for servicing carbonated drinks was unavailable due to a malfunction but as we all know things happen so it’s no big deal they served us coke using bottle instead great job on improvisation.by the way today is my birthday what a great bday gift

We all know and love Waffle House, but this Oak Street spot reminded me why it is an American favorite. In a time when customer service and order accuracy seem to be slipping everywhere, this team was on point from start to finish, and the portions even felt more generous than usual.
Even with our party’s extra requests (sweetener, sugar-free syrup, lemon, etc.), our server—whose name I wish I could remember—was patient, attentive, and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. Instead of acting annoyed, she treated every request like it was no trouble at all, which is sadly rare these days.
The cook did have some strong opinions about an employee who had left earlier in the day, and the commentary was a bit louder than it needed to be, but it honestly made me chuckle because most of us have worked in a place where those conversations happen. It felt more human than offensive and did not take away from the quality of the meal or service.
After several disappointing visits to other locations that had me questioning why I kept going back, this Oak Street Waffle House completely turned things around. I am genuinely glad I decided to give Waffle House one last try before writing it off. Kudos to the Oak Street crew for restoring my faith in a classic—there may be hope for us yet.

In the middle of taking our 2 people order some cashier yelled storm menu and that completely changed our whole meal for no reason at all. Very disappointed with this happening while we were giving our order to a waiter. This should’ve been handled very differently.

My daughters love it when they don’t have school so we can go have a breakfast date at Waffle House.
The oak st Waffle House has always been clean and inviting. We have always had good service and the food is prepared and served with in an acceptable range of time. Usually no more than 5-10 mins at the most. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great breakfast.

At Oak Street Waffle House tonight and I ordered 2 Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. When I ordered the cook got mad and was cussing. When I received my food there was egg on them. I showed the waiter and he told the cook that they were not supposed to have egg on them and asked for them to be remade. When the cook heard this he started cussing and throwing things. However he remade them but this time he burnt the bacon and the bread!! I am not asking for them to be remade a 2nd time cause I just don’t know if it would come out better or worse tonight!!! The cook also was RUDE and MEAN to the waitress tonight anytime she tried to call an order or say anything to her he would cuss her!!

Had an awesome breakfast here. I could not remember having ever eaten at a Waffle House. I decided to give it a go and wow the eggs were cooked absolutely perfectly over easy whites were cooked and yoke was running the hash browns were crisp. it was just a great breakfast you can’t beat it. It was very clean the staff was friendly the service was fast and a reasonable price definitely will be going back.
