Very polite staff. Overall, I enjoyed my meal, but it was pretty apparent that the grill had not been cleaned properly in a bit given the state of the ham I received. It looked like they used the charcoal brick to clean it previously but did not properly clean the bits of charcoal off of the grill.
They were very busy and I noticed no less than 15 to go orders giving out while I was eating.
That said, I was not too alarmed by the ham, and I did eat it. And I would definitely go back to this waffle House then going to huddle House in the same area.

We enjoyed our breakfast at the Waffle House on Louisiana Highway 22. The location is a little off the road, but not hard to get to. The food is good, served quickly and hot. We love that they serve breakfast twenty-four hours a day. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

Upon arriving at the Waffle House in Sorrento, I was seated. However, I felt rushed to place my order. My husband requested a Hi-C, but was instead given a Coke. I asked for an orange juice, but was informed that they were out of stock. I ordered a waffle with a sunny-side-up egg, and after a while, I received my waffle. Approximately 15 minutes later, I was served a raw egg. My husband had ordered a breakfast bowl, and after waiting for 20 minutes, the waitress informed him that she had given his bowl to another customer.
We decided to just forget the rest of our order, payed our bill and left.
As a side note, while making our payment, we observed numerous other customers receiving their complete orders. Notably, one customer was even provided with an orange juice, which apparently was not available at the time of our order.
Given the poor service I experienced, I would not hesitate to give this location a zero-star rating. It is disappointing to visit a restaurant intending to enjoy a pleasant breakfast with family only to be met with such inadequate service.

Man o man! When I say Good I mean it!! I’ve been to numerous waffle houses but this one! Not only did they make my eggs perfectly but they offered me real honey for my waffle! Only because I can only give five stars but this place and its staff deserve 10 stars!

I didn’t expect much from a waffle house but I did expect a decent waffle. Sadly what I got was a thin, soggy, anemic looking sorry excuse for a waffle. The bacon was tasty. There were six employees and four customers but I had to ask for a refill on my coffee as no one seemed to be interested in whether we wanted more. I guess the daily gossip won out. The ladies were friendly enough just not very good at their job. Our waitress kept asking us to repeat what we ordered despite the fact that she had written it down.

Just left this facility. Had to wait for my order as waitress didn’t put it in, so they rushed my order. Bacon wasn’t done and eggs were over cooked waitress wouldn’t even come back to check on us. Worst Waffle house ever! Dirty.

Went here Sunday 9/7/25, everyone in the place had a very nasty attitude. No one wanted to take out at first and when she did . Our food was half cooked toast was not toasted but slathered in butter meat not seasoned at all!! Worst Waffle House experience I’ve ever had!!
