We went there around 3 am. All the tables including the high top were dirty. We had to clean the high top ourselves. The manager stated that the dishwasher wasnt working and we can take it to go if we wanted. We opted to stay and just eat from to go trays. It took FOREVER for us to get our order. They had one cook with several orders and I was sooooo glad when the manager FINALLY decided to jump in amd help instead of standing around waiting! And service was horrible! The manager had an excuse for every concern that any customer brought to his attention! We will NEVER go back there again. Pictures are posted as well. Didnt get the floors or the tables but it was pretty much like the pic.

Sarah was HORRIBLE! Immediately told us that we were her last customers for the night and she treated us as such! Every item we asked for was OVERCOOKED or UNDERCOOKED! Our waffles were beyond hard and bacon , extra soft, was like a black (burnt) leather belt! To top it off, refused to remove items NOR discount them! Yelled at us to ” Just pay your dang ticket and leave!” We paid in full, even though we didn’t eat 80% of it, went to the other location and they knew Sarah ALL TOO WELL! Gave us everything perfect and FREE! Now that was beyond nice of them! (And second location was ACTUALLY CLEEEEAN)

I’ve had bad experiences here in the past but this particular visit was amazing! Ms. Marquetta was absolutely wonderful. My food was fresh and delicious. The service was fast and accurate. The restaurant was clean. I even received a warm welcome upon entry. I will definitely be returning soon!!!

Waffle House is usually a sure bet. Today we weren’t as lucky. Bacon tasted deep fried for some odd reason. Told the staff about it and they offered no substitute. I chewed a couple of clumps of my grits and stopped eating them as well. The eggs were cooked as I requested. Staff was nice. So food quality is the only suggestible change.

The service here is extremely slow and unprofessional. Despite it being a busy day, the workers were far too busy talking to one another. None of them realized that there was no coffee which resulted in everyone waiting for the pot to brew. Shame, as Waffle House usually has quick service, but this one is mediocre at best.

Sit down. Wait about 1 minute and get a menu thrown at me. Then, “you know what you want?!?”. I said no I just sat down and she stormed cussing to the back. What a place y’all have here!! Will only go to one in moss bluff now. Also cabinets, drawers and doors are all broken. I know everyone is struggling with labor issues but human Decency doesn’t change
