Our food was great but our server Kuira didn’t pay attention to us at all. We sat down and ordered, she forgot our water, our waffles came out with 2/3 cold, no syrup was given to us. We waited to ask for it but she was busy talking about parades and dancing with another table. We ended up asking a cook for the syrup and she went above and beyond and reheated our waffles for us too.

My wife and I stopped by this evening after the local football game rush. Even though they were short handed, Cody and Leslie did an excellent job getting our food out quickly. Our order was perfect. Great job guys!!

This was one of the most awkward dine in experiences I’ve had at a Waffle House. The manager was very disrespectful to the employees. She sat on the countertop talking to her friends while they ate. She also told an employee to “be quiet” and “stop talking” which is hilariously hypocritical. She then boasted to her friends about how her store was called out for its excellent teamwork. Which she had said while sitting on the counter as well. The only bit of work I actually saw her do during our visit was spray a waffle iron. I couldn’t catch her name because she wasn’t wearing a nametag, but it was shortly after 8:00.
Food was wonderful and our server was awesome! It was very clear the employees were uncomfortable though and I hope this manager doesn’t try to reprimand the employees because this review is solely based on her behavior.

This was our first time at a Waffle House (we are from the west) the woman Claudia was sooooo nice and the cook was super funny and friendly. Stop in and say hi to the crew and order some waffles!
