My family and I were warmly greeted. Finest southern hospitality we’ve experienced on our vacation. I’d like to acknowledge Christina and Michael for their friendliness and outgoing personalities. These two individuals took real good care of us. They were attentive, bubbly, and professional. They made us feel right at home and a part of their family. Thank you!!!
Food was excellent. My kids said their waffles were better at this location than other locations we’ve been to. My Philly cheese steak bowl was really good. Restaurant was clean. We enjoyed their atmosphere and ambiance. No complaints. I recommend this location based on their staff and quality of food. Thank you team!!!

We stopped in while traveling since my husband enjoys the Waffle House chain (we don’t have one back home ). The staff was clearly scrambling and tensions seemed a little high, which made the atmosphere feel stressful. The place itself wasn’t very clean during our visit, which was disappointing.
The food was okay once it came out, but it did take some time since it appeared the cook was there alone. I can appreciate how hard they were working under pressure — it just felt like they may have been understaffed.
Hoping it was just an off moment because we do enjoy the brand overall.

Our daughter and I stopped by yesterday. Food was delicious, coffee was hot, service was great, and seating was immediately available! Our visit was girls only birthday breakfast! Our DIL is a wonderful woman, wife to our son, mentor to tje rest of our crew, mother to our grandkids, and plant mom with lots of house plants greenest thumb!

I ordered an all-star breakfast. The grits were hard and had a old film over them. You could tell they were cooked last night and its 5am. Toss them out and cook a fresh batch, its a new day. Hash browns were over cooked. The guy behind us was offered a refill on his coffee yet, we had to ask for more cause the waiter just failed to offer when he offered the guy. The cook had an attitude because I wanted hashbrown instead of those hard grits. The grits wouldn’t even stick together they were crumbled up. Eggs were fried mostly instead of scrambled. I hope they can improve and have better customer service at this location. I’ve been to other locations in the area and its not like this

Tae was absolutely amazing. She never stopped smiling and was so quick to take my order and get the extra things that I asked for and all of it was exactly what I look for when I go to Waffle House. The staff is terrific at this location making it my best hangout for after hours and prior to opening for other places. I am retired so the Child/Senior menu is dirt cheap. While a coffee is free ordering from the Child/Senior menu, for others coffees are the same price no matter how large.

Stopped in for an All Star, wasnt too busy maybe 30% full of customers. The server didnt really seem to want to be there.
I received my meal less the waffle. 10 mins later I asked if I could please get it and the server basically snapped at me saying it was being made. Not sure why there was a big gap but what I can say is this was not a good waffle house waffle.
It came out flat and mushy, with the consistency of a pancake. Between the server basically only seeing us to take the order, drop off the food, and giving us the bill, Id say the service here and experience wasnt too good.
She didnt even bother to ask how things were, and we didnt get refills on our beverages until the meal was over. If there was a problem, all she had to do was walk 10 feet and let us know, not a big deal. But the way this was handled was simply unprofessional. The server had the long pony tail and ink everywhere on her.
I wouldnt go back to this location. It wasnt the worst, but there are better locations available nearby to choose from.

I go to Waffle House a lot! This is one of the best locations I have been to. The staff was super helpful, fast and when I went back the second day Christina remembered us and that we told her we get the same thing every time. She repeated our order from the previous day perfectly as she brought my coffee. It was also impressive that the staff was taking great care of the whole busy diner while two managers were telling them how to do their jobs, but doing nothing to actually expedite the service.
