The service was ok. Servers and staff were very pleasant. There were not real good at offering butter, jelly, syrup, refills on coffee. The waffles were cooked to perfection. And the restaurant was clean. Prices have gone up like everything else but still a decent value for a budget dining experience.

Here at the present moment. Only 2 servers and manager are working. We have been very patient. While waiting, we noticed the only guy working, he went from cleaning the table with bare hands then went to the grill area to prepare someone’s to go plate with no gloves on or washed his hands! We were given utensils in a coffee cup with water, he cleaned the table, left it wet and sat us at a wet table without wiping it. The syrup was not warm and it made my waffle cold. Did NOT enjoy this meal!!!!

Waffle House’s All Star meal is a good cheat meal. I don’t eat the sausage patties they come with because I don’t eat pork nor do I order any sodas, I order the tea instead. However, the grits, scrambled eggs, and the waffle aren’t calorically dense and are easy to burn off for the following week!

We stood there for a few minutes, trying to catch the staff’s attention to be seated. However, they didn’t even greet us upon arrival. To our surprise, a family that arrived after us received a warm welcome and was promptly seated. We ended up leaving. Hopefully, they’ll improve their service in the future.

I ordered T bone steak and eggs. Something I normally order from any Waffle House. My steak was overly seasoned and got pretty cold quick. The waitress was really sweet and I actually tipped her for great customer service but I have to leave a review because I definitely got food poisoning. I was sick immediately after and throwing up for two days straight. It was an apple juice I ordered that didn’t look right the bottle was dark. The waitress ensured me it taste great and because she was nice I trusted her judgment. Needless to say I was sick. Customer service great but food was sketchy and I’m definitely not going to another Waffle House again.

100% the best Waffle House in New Orleans. One of the best experiences while visiting New Orleans. The staff is funny and welcoming. The food is great and the grits with cheese OMG. HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON LADIES.

We had the best server in this young woman. My friend and I stopped in for waffles which by the way were delicious and after sitting down this server ask us how we were doing with these words: “How are you ladies doing today” it was very refreshing to be called ladies and not “you guys” She was very attentive to our needs and the food was great. In recent yrs we’ve seen a decline in the quality of not only the food but the servers. This young woman stood out as a very good representation of Waffle House. There was some dirty tables and one server eating but maybe they just got over a morning rush. If ever in the area we would return.
