It’s a Waffle house. The waitress was very nice and pleasant. The coffee was much better than I thought it would be, was not the average swill you get at a usual diners or it was just me. Plenty of parking at the time. Oh and you can buy a coffee cup for $5.00 .

Takeout experience was terrible. I get anyone have a aggravated, stressful, tiring day but that doesn’t mean take it out on a paying customer. The guy didn’t give me what i wanted. And when i told him, he told me he can order it. And also i said no onions and they put onions. Im like nevermind im out. They all laughed at me. Never spending my money there again.

Terrible take out experience. Order placed at 10:46am. App says will be ready at 11:02. Show up and nothing ready until 11:30. Tons of food going out to other customers and employees playing on their cell phones. No urgency what so ever and when I mention my order was supposed to be ready at 11:02 and its 11:30 they make me feel like im crazy. I even tipped ahead of time which was dumb because now I cant take it back. No apology for the delay either.

I had to give it one star. The servers were awful and kept making excuses of their inadequacies. Waffle House should really do better to not employ active meth addicts. The food was cold when we finally received it, and was missing parts of the order for extended amount of time. When we asked for the missing items, she responded with “I thought I brought it out, is it missing?” Really?! Then all of our plates remained on the table, and one server came by and put the garbage can next to our table and just left it there. The absolute worst experience. I will NEVER visit this place again.

Felt like having a good breakfast but didn’t feel like cooking. The place only had a couple of people. The cook did a great job with the food. Our waitress was very hard to understand with her quiet voice and broken English. She never came to refill coffee. The place was clean but not very welcoming or friendly like a normal Waffle House experience. Probably won’t be back.

As Waffle House restaurants go, this one is hit and miss. I’ve had good food here before, but the past two times, the service has been pretty poor. Today, they got my wife’s order wrong and my hash browns and bacon were both overcooked. It’s the first time in my life that I’ve left hash browns on my plate at a WH. If we were not in a hurry, I would have had them remake it. Next time, I’ll go to the one just a bit down Jefferson Hwy.

Staff was arguing amongst each other. One of the workers sat next to my table and was shouting loud profanities near my kids. I understand its Waffle House but damn, can we spare the kids? Grown adults acting like children in there. Passed up the location in New Orleans thinking this location would be better, it wasn’t. Not to mention over-cooked food, dirty floors and tables. Wouldn’t be back to this location.

We were visiting from out of town and after the Essence festival wanted some tasty food. Came here at 3am it was busy, ordered takeout. The cook did an excellent job on everything. The two servers who helped me was rude, bipolar and argumentative with everyone, completely not friendly. I was scared about my order. But when I ate I was in heaven everything was delicious and I will go back! But manager needs to monitor customer service as it was horrible!

Good food. Delivered in a timely fashion. Every morsel was tasty & pleasing to my palate. We got seated & soon thereafter, our order was taken without haste.
Ms Alice was a delight as our server & truly helpful upon order taking. The report between her & the cook, simply hilarious. Loved the feel of the employees there, seemed wholesome, genuine & loving.
Pricing was fair; $10 per person with drink included, can’t beat that with a stick; not that I’d try, just wanted to use the adage; what does that even mean? Lol. Anyway…
Off and on-street parking, take your pick. Be careful if you choose off-street; Airline Highway is VERY busy. One would think the parking lot would become full quickly because of its small size, but considering the size of the WaffleHouse, it makes sense.
