Would everyone give a Waffle House 5 stars? Maybe not, but when you adjust your expectations, and compare this location to others I’ve been in, this spot was awesome.
The staff was great, they were friendly, attentive and best of all, they worked well together.
The food was bang on, which is just what we needed after a long day and the consistency at Waffle House is second to none.

We had a great sever but the cook was new. Burned my has browns and the waffle was paper thin. Good service an atmosphere though.

This Waffle House is pretty standard. Service is always good here and prompt. My only complete would be that sometimes things get a bit done for my taste but otherwise top notch. I think it could always be cleaner.

Waffle house in Bonner springs ks, was quite , which is great , but it was cold outside and they had the A/C going inside , which made lunch not so enjoyable, we did change seats , but it made no difference and the staff didn’t really care, We were not the only customers to move seats trying to find spots away from th vents.

My kids and I came here to eat. As soon as we walked in the “manager” said we are not taking orders until we are caught up. She said if you would like to sit and wait then that is fine. There were like 3 tables empty and available. So we sat in the chairs they have for a waiting area then she YELLED at us it’s going to be at least 30 Minutes…. If she can’t handle the few tables she had, then she shouldn’t be in the food business, let alone a manager. So unprofessional and trashy!! Should have known with their reputation.

ok so first off the FOOD and SERVICE was OUTSTANDING. it was 845 on the night of October 14 2025. like I said FOOD and SERVICE OUTSTANDING, also the first time my wife and I had been in a Waffle house. SO now about the HEALTH code problems, the napkin holder on the table was RUSTED in fact seeing other napkin holders ALL WHERE RUSTED. how about WALL TILE falling off of NORTH wall due TOO water damage , due too poorly/ old windows. if the wall has that much water coming in can you say MOLD growing. also the main floor was NOT STICKY it still could use a power washing. I know the OWNER will say that takes money and how can I do the repairs we are open 24/7. I asy being closed for 3 days is a lot less money then paying HEALTH code fines or for some ones MEDICAL bills. will my wife and I try other Waffle house? who knows if we do I hope NOT to find the problems that we did at this location. I mean NASCAR season is over take care of the PLACE during the down time

This is one of the cleanest Waffle House locations I have been to and very friendly staff. We showed up here mid morning and the places was hopping. Grabbed one of the last tables. Food came out quick and we filled our bellies with waffles, eggs and bacon. This location also had a self serve coffee station which I have never seen before at a Waffle House. That being said I only visit this chain approximately once every six months or so when I feels like having a waffle for breakfast.

Our server and cook were awesome! Food was delicious. Server even played a birthday song on their jukebox since our was our boy’s birthday. Nor crowded, no wait weekday night. Made for a quick bite on our road trip. Would stop here if we passed this way again.
