My girlfriend and I ordered a feast here this afternoon. We sat at the back booth in the corner which is surrounded by windows. So, the setting sun cast golden light across our table. Our server was kind and friendly and when I ordered hot sauce she said “a woman after my own heart” which made me feel warm inside. The egg yolk was perfectly cooked. It was warm and runny and burst in your mouth, and the sausage was juicy and a little crisp on the outside. The grits were mild, buttery and pleasant. We ordered piles of waffles covered in chocolate, buttery toast, crispy bacon, hashbrowns smothered in cheese, onions, jalapenos and mushrooms and an orange juice. The total was only 36 dollars. We left satiated and round. Excellent establishment.

We had a great breakfast at Waffle House. Our waitress Secret (yes that’s her real name!) was very attentive and gave us great suggestions for my dietary needs. The restaurant was clean and our meal was brought out quickly. I just want to add they have the best grilled chicken I have ever had. The cook did a good job.

My visit to this location was profoundly disappointing, marked by a shocking lack of professionalism and poor service.
Upon arrival, we were told the restaurant was closed for 20-30 minutes for cleaning. We chose to wait, but absolutely no cleaning took place during that entire time. The initial staff on the floor seemed unprofessional, and additional employees arrived looking visibly impaired. While we waited for the supposed cleaning period to end, another couple walked in. Despite being told the restaurant was closed, this couple was allowed to place an order and receive their food** well before our waitress (the same server) even approached our table. This apparent preferential treatment felt discriminatory and was completely unacceptable.
When we finally placed our order, the issues continued. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Hash Brown Bowl** and was served a bowl with chicken instead. The overall food quality was subpar, compounding the negative experience.
In summary, this was an entirely unpleasant experience. The late-night management urgently needs to reevaluate and overhaul the current staff. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I’ve never seen a walk up only Waffle House. The food was, for lack of words, gross. Hash browns were soft, the buns and fries were soggy. My patty melt looked like a not so great grilled cheese. The lady at the window was nice the first time we went up there but they forgot some of our food so the second and then again the third time we had to go back she got pretty rude like we were the ones who screwed up the order. They also had these two ” security guards ” that were just playing on their tablets and not really securing anything but then they came out in the parking lot and took a bunch of pictures of random cars so I’m not really sure what that was about. The only thing I really can’t complain about was the gravy it was pretty good but we did have to go back and get it on the third trip. This was our first time trying out a waffle house and we all wished we would have went to the Denny’s across the road.

We went around 10 P.M. The food was great as always but the great attitudes of the staff is what made our meal even better. The whole place was having fun and it was almost full as usual so they could have been grouchy but they weren’t, the were all having fun teasing and joking with the customers. It was very pleasant.

I don’t really think I’ve ever had a bad waffle House experience until now. We were not even asked our drinks until after the waitress attended two other tables after we came in. The food took forever despite only four tables of customers. I asked for crispy bacon and it was barely done. One of the waffles was missing and took 20 minutes to get us one. Overall a terrible experience which was a first for me at any waffle House
