If you want a good quick bite to eat, you should go here. The people watching is top-notch. The staff is really nice. Our waitress had lots of good discussion and banter with us. They work hard. They’re known for their waffles. They’re very good.

IHOP don’t got nothing on this place for real Waffle House made my $75 order in less than 15 minutes and I was out the door with everything. I ordered very great service. The quality of food is great. The people that work there are great hands-down best experience I’ve had in a while at a food joint will be back soon for sure

Very short wait for a table, drinks fast, then awhile til could order. Food came quick. Milk was luke warm, asked for and got ice. Grits barely melted the butter. Eggs and toast good temperature.

I love waffle House however I believe this waffle House needs a new manager. The service was terrible, bacon comes out a good 10 minutes after my eggs. Not very clean either they left dirty dishes next to me at the bar the whole time I was eating. Really needs new management at this waffle House.

We’ve ate here several times. Most recently at a super busy time with some really picky customers who gave the servers a hard time and left without paying.
Brenda and Melissa are great waitresses, always friendly and fast. Food is good for the price and is always obviously cooked fresh. Chocolate chip waffle with coffee and hashbrowns is my go to. The breakfast bowls are good too! The cooks work super efficiently for not having any order screens.

I went in on the 19th of February (2026) for breakfast. I ordered biscuits and gravy. The gravy was Luke warm, and waitresses were listening to loud rock music. I won’t be back.

Been here 3 times in the past year keep thinking maybe the next time will be better. Unfortunately, it keeps getting worse. I’m not going to waste my time listing all the details. Slow service, cold food, incomplete order, and mostly ignored by my server.

Great example of teamwork and training! New cook trying to learn. Experienced waitress training him had the empathy to be patient. Not to over load the young man. She allowed him to perform at the level he was capable of, and more importantly, knew people have different learning rates. Bravo to both! As a retired corporate trainer for Fortune 500 companies, it was a pleasure to observe! Job well done Waffle House in Belton, Mo.

My husband and I visited the Belton, MO location as we were in the area. The morning was cool and damp as it was raining. It was VERY cold when we got there, and you could feel the A/C blowing really hard. I had a sweat jacket on and was freezing! We ordered B&G with a side of chicken sausage. While waiting on our order, the server never once asked if we needed refills on drinks. We waited about 30 minutes for our food! Needless to say, we won’t be returning!
