This location has been consistently disappointing. Despite the restaurant being empty, the staff appeared rushed, which negatively affected the quality of the food. The bacon was once again overcooked, an issue that has occurred on every visit. The toast was also poorly prepared, as the white bread was soggy and excessively buttered rather than properly toasted. I have given this Waffle House multiple chances, but the experience has not improved. At this point, it has been a waste of both time and money, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Went there at 2:55 on New Year’s Day. It was only me. I sit there for 17 minutes without getting greeted. Another table walked in right after me and got greeted. When I went to the front to ask if I get can get some service the other servers stated that they were off the clock and that had nothing to do with them. As a server, I understand but nobody was helping her and let a guest walk away with no worries in the world. Corporate needs to go and give them all a pep talk about working in the service industry.

Went there for breakfast since it wasn’t busy and no one was really inside eating. We waited for a long time with no greeting or help with placing orders, getting menus, or even getting drinks. We wound up having to get menus from another table to see what we could get. The workers saw us when we walked in and said sit anywhere so maybe we just sat in a bad section, since more people who walked in behind us were served instantly and enthusiastically. We won’t be coming back to this location and we would rather visit the other Waffle House that’s further away.

This was the my very first time being in Indiana…and I decided to go eat at a Waffle House. The staff was new and a bit inexperienced, but that didn’t take away from their polite manners or the great tasting Waffle House food. Honestly, it’s hard to make bad food at Waffle House and this place only furthers my point. I evidently recommend getting a waffle, you can also try the Texas melts, and hash browns are a must have!

If you’re looking for the right Waffle House in the right place this is the one to go to! This is actually the closest Waffle House to downtown Louisville Kentucky, so it Made sense to be here instead of anywhere in Louisville. With the drive to get to a good place for that late night snack!

I absolutely love the waffle house. The food is always delicious and the prices are always fair. Our server was polite and attentive. If you are out and wondering what to eat, waffle house should always be on the top of your list if you are with driving distance. My companions had never been to one before and I think I now have two devotees for life.

Hit and miss with food and service. Sometimes good. Calm breakfast for lunch spot. Ask for $6 menu. You have to ask. Sometimes 9 or more employees on duty and sometimes only 2. Ask for well done steak and it was so tough I couldn’t eat it. Although friendly Some servers are not on point and can’t keep on track. I Observe some servers completing their chores stocking and cleaning. others deliver your food then disappear and never return.
Returned: the server Deja is always friendly and good. Food was satisfying.
Returned: went for breakfast for dinner. Cheesy scrambled eggs, raisin bread toast with tomatoes with a biscuit and gravy. Eggs scrambled just the way I like. White gravy is good. Evening setting had only a few customers. Some empty tables were dirty. Cook completing chores after he cooked my food.
Update: hit and miss with quality. Depends on who is cooking. Went on a busy Saturday morning. Food was just fair this visit. I was dissappointed. I was Unable to sit in Deja’s section. I don’t think mgmt realizes Deja is talented. BTW: One employee was just standing around for over thirty minutes not doing anything, just looking out the window.

Update: went on Sunday morning during busy time. Place was full of patrons although rec’d great svc with Deja. I rec’d my order the way I requested. Many employees on duty. Food & svc good.
Follow up: tried WH a few days ago after craving good breakfast. Was disappointed. Quality of food and service lacking.
Tried again today. Was disappointed once again. The quality of the food and quality of service is lacking. If a server gets tips they should learn to be attentive and follow up with their tables.
update: Early dinner weeknight December 2023, only a few customers and two people loitering. Service was fine. Food was fine.
update: February 2024 went on Saturday at 11:00 am. the Place with full. I counted 7 employees. Our Server only had a few tables but couldn’t make it work. A good twenty five minutes after we ordered and the server never told the cook to make our food. We left. That was ridiculous!

Best waffle house I’ve been to yet. We were in town for a music festival and this was close to our hotel, we went every morning because the food was made well and the staff was quick/friendly. I wish we had waffle house in my home town.
