The food is amazing. I knew what I wanted and the waitress was so amazing because I didn’t know what can and cant be subbed and I wanted the bowl but my sensors do not like scrambled eggs but I love over easy and she so was like is that what u wanted and it was awesome and so tasty. Clean fresh environment. The service was so friendly. It was great to see the girls man interact with customers to instead of so quiet. Just great place well worth the visit!

I had a lovely experience eating here! Brittney was awesome! She was personable, attentive and kind, greeting many customers by name! All the staff was friendly and polite (but only got her name as she waited on me). Would go back for tasty food and friendly, prompt service. I had the opportunity to visit the Waffle House located at 4382 Indian Ripple Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45440, back in November while waiting for an appointment at The Greene. Overall, my experience was quite positive. The service was impressively fast and efficient, with my food cooked right in front of me.
The menu offered the classic Waffle House selections, and I was eager to dig into my meal. I ordered my hash browns fried hard, but unfortunately, they came out a bit softer than I had hoped. My eggs, while tasty, were also slightly gooey. On the brighter side, my friend enjoyed his meal, which is always a good sign when dining out. One of my go-to favorites at Waffle House is their blueberry-filled waffles topped with peanut butter chips, and I can confidently say it did not disappoint!
The restaurant itself appeared clean and well-maintained, although I didn’t check out the restrooms during my visit. The staff was friendly and attentive, greeting us warmly upon entering and thanking us as we left, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.
While there were a few minor hiccups with my order, the quick service and the pleasant atmosphere made up for it. I would definitely consider returning to this Waffle House location in the future. If you’re looking for a casual dining spot with hearty breakfast options, this place is worth a visit!

We went in at dinner tonight. The employees were warm, cheerful and inviting. We had excellent food, it was perfectly cooked. I complimented how well the staff worked together and was shocked to hear it was their first shift together. We left happy and full. It was a great experience and I would love to go back when those two employees were working. They deserve so much praise!!

I ate at this location with 3 other people after midnight on 9/18. Anthony made me the most delicious omelet I have ever had! I love eggs. I think I’ve had an omelet from every restaurant in the area. The one he prepared me was truly superior. We were all very impressed with the food & service.

Cleanest Waffle House I’ve been too. The server Brittany was very very kind. She was quick and attentive. The district manager was there and he wasn’t just standing around. He was cleaning and cooking and helping the staff. Seemed way more put together than any other Waffle House I’ve been too.

I love Waffle House only complaint I have when I visited this last time is the Grits were drowning in butter I actually had to pour the butter off before I could even take a bite and then couldn’t finish them. Won’t order them again, not sure if all Waffle Houses put that much butter in them, I would prefer to add my own butter but the waitress said that’s the way they cook them!
