Order was made wrong and when I tried to call about the issue, their phone tells you to press 1, but then tella you that is an invalid selection. Bad customer service, I hope they respond and address it and fix their phone.
I placed an online order for a bacon hashbrown bowl. They made it with sausage, but because it was to go and tied in a bag, I didn’t realize till I got home. The person it was for, does not eat sausage. Very disappointing experience, especially when I couldn’t get through to talk to anyone.
UPDATE: Received an email from the district manager who very professionally and kindly explained they were having a phone issue and refunded me for the meal. Impressed by their response and will gladly give this location another try.

⚠️ Finally some great service!! Regina served my spouse and me around 11:45 PM on November 3rd, and she was absolutely wonderful. I’m not sure of the chef’s name that night (I believe it started with an “M”), but he did a fantastic job as well!! May I add the restaurant was very tidy, including the bathrooms!
Regina has been a loyal employee for over 12 years, and it truly shows. In a time when great service is unfortunately increasingly rare, both Regina and her cook went above and beyond to make our visit the highlight of our day after a long and difficult day at work.
To Waffle House corporate — please take notice of Regina!!!! This elder woman with beautiful bright eyes and a kind heart showed an incredible example of dedication and customer care, and she truly deserves recognition and definitely a raise if I was the one in charge!!! Seriously, Waffle House shes your best at probably ANY location.
Thank you again to Regina and the cook for making our night so much better!! They’re a great team! Truly. May God be with you! <3

Samantha was our waitress, and she is the best we have ever had. Sam is friendly, kind, and very good with customers. We watched her work throughout our meal (which was absolutely delicious) and she is a hard worker. We felt the need to give her this shout out because she definitely deserves the attention. We come in at least once a week during late hours , and the food is always perfect. It’s also the cleanest waffle house around. Great staff on after hours! Will be back!

It’s Waffle House! The prices are great, and so is the food.
I wish I had a closer location, but we sometimes go there when we’re passing through.
I tried the peanut butter chip waffles, and they were absolutely delicious. The hashbrowns were perfect, and I never leave out grits. They’ve also added CHICKEN SAUSAGE to the menu.

My family came in Sunday morning due to our camp being flooded out. The decorations were delightful, the food was absolutely perfect. Our server Sam was very nice and attentive, and made our visit special.Definitely our new favorite spot. I highly recommend

Is genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a waffle house and I have seriously been to waffle houses from Alabama to Ohio the waffle was not cooked, I got the wrong drink, and my friend had black hairs in the food. And nobody had on a hairnet and not to mention the floors were distugsting and there was 6 people in the store my group being half so no reason for any of this
