Service from one worker was so terrible it felt like i was being discriminated against. I did not get her name but she kept walking past my table to check on other people who were white but not me since I’m black. I got tired of waiting to ask for something so I just left. That was an absolutely disgusting and horrible experience. I also feel like she charged me so much extra for what I got when I never usually pay that much. Like EVER. Thank you to these other two workers who were nice to me even though she wasn’t from the start.

I used to eat at Waffle House on the regular but over the last 6 months it’s went very down hill at this location. I brought my son here for his birthday cause that’s the only thing he wanted and we did a take out order so he could eat at home I was charged .60 cents for chocolate chips which weren’t on the waffle for my son, the only thing he wanted for breakfast on his birthday. Then I decided to go tonight for dinner last minute and there was a blonde hair in my grilled cheese !! Unacceptable !! Arent you supposed to be wearing a hair net and hat ?!

I was charged 38 bucks for 2 meals and I was confused. Thats my fault. Easy fix. The lady taking my order cries for some reason. She doesnt know how to fix the order. She forgot my waffles. Which I had to wait longer for, only for her to give me a plain waffle after I paid for a pecan waffle. My girlfriend got a hash bowl. It came with no cheese barely any eggs and crunchy bacon on one side. Someone came in and asked who was the cook tonight. Whoever he was looking for wasn’t there and left. I should have taken that as a sign. There was nobody else in there.

My food was very good, the service was very quick. Despite they were busy every seat was filled. I went alone, so it didn’t take long for a seat to open at the bar. I would recommend this location. I actually come often different days and at random hours. I always enjoy my food here. I haven’t had bad food yet. Sundays obviously are a busy morning. So if you don’t want to wait, then wait to go after 1130. When I go with my family we are a party of 4 and we usually have a 20-minute wait. That is a given on the weekends. Everyone may have a different experience than we have. There are only 2 locations we go to out of the 8 around us.

When you go to waffle house you can expect a certain quality of food, this one is no different. What sets this location apart from all the rest is the service. You will never have an empty glass of water or cup of coffee, and you will be tended to as if you are the only guest. Great job team.
