We eat at waffle houses around in Sharonville area and this is one of the best locations in Cincinnati. The staff is always friendly and helpful! They go out of the way to make sure you’re satisfied.
Michelle, the cook, goes above and beyond what other Waffle House cooks do. She makes you feel welcomed and at home, and the food is prepared well! You would think that all of the Waffle House restaurants food tastes the same, but it is noticeable better here.

Food was perfect. Cook was on point. Server was new. Had two tables…couldn’t handle two tables. Paid exorbitant amount for pop….couldn’t get refills. Just not a great experience but the food was great!

Came here today with my kids and mother inlaw. Absolutely gross! We ordered bacon and grilled cheese with chili. It tasted just like it came from the can with tons of salt. We weren’t given a spoon. Our waters didn’t have ice in them… wasn’t given straws. The grilled cheese was decent. My daughter had the cheese burger. She said the lettuce tasted like balloons.
The tables and floors are covered with food. My little girls were asked if they wanted whipped cream. If course one said “yes” the waitress went over and asked the others “do we have anymore whipped cream? This one is bad”
I wanted to leave as soon as we got there. Wish I would have.

The food is always delicious.. Seriously.. it doesn’t matter the time of day.. However, on this day it came after a late night, early wake up, all day hiking and gorgeous weather. We stopped in for a bite, because I always crave their biscuits and gravy (even more so these days) and we met Cheyenne.. She was so sweet, kind, informative with all my silly questions and handled a few unruly customers very well and with a smile. I will most definitely stop back into this location because of the excellent service. Oh and if you’re going out to eat TIP YOUR SERVERS!! ♀️

The black waitress I had was every bit of AMAZING!!!! the place was fairly clean , and it wasn’t that busy thank goodness. Umm my food was okay , it felt like I waited there FOREVER !!! And I thought I was saving money but I still ended up spending $16 including the tip without a drink , that was a bummer. Waffle House food isn’t that good to pay such a high price like that. Typically I get grits with cheese and normally they put 2 slices in there but this time it was only 1 that was a bummer. The management team was there and they didn’t even greet me or say hi WELCOME… a white lady and man , I guess they thought they were doing me a favor in reality my order contributes to their salaries. All I can say is that my waitress made my visit other than that I would not return and it’s unfortunate because it’s located so close to my home. Oh well I want superior customer service this is NO CHICK-FIL-A

Only 1st shift breakfast crew . They’re horrible . Always have to ask for my waffle with the all star breakfast . Raisin toast always hard and burnt . They got mad I asked for a waffle the they forgot the first time . So I came told them about the mistake . Waited patiently and got a burnt waffle . This time everything was cold and burnt but how the butter didn’t melt on Burnt toast. The food was nasty so I ate the cold sausages and some eggs because I was hungry lol .

Horrible service by Jayden. He takes forever when he greets tables, some tables he doesn’t even notice. He was talking on his phone the whole time he waited on us. The cook had to wait on tables too. It was horrible and that server is definitely going to make you lose customers.
