I have ordered from this place 3 times. Every single time something in the order is wrong. Well, third times the charm, it has convinced me to stop ordering from a place that sent me a burnt waffle that was supposed to be a chocolate chip waffle (no chocolate chips) and I ordered a side of bacon (for $5 which is crazy) and that didn’t come either. All they do is DoorDash delivery orders, so I’m not sure why they are so terrible at their jobs, but I’m done handing them my money for literally nothing. Go to literally any other Waffle House for your orders if possible.

Kyle and and Ron were excellent! This Waffle House was by far the cleanest Waffle House I’ve ever been too it was so squeaky clean it almost smelled like a public pool rather than a restaurant the food was great cooked fresh and served within ten minutes this Waffle House is an example of what all waffle houses should strive to achieve.

Upon entering we weren’t greeted or informed where we could sit until we headed to an empty table. Table wasn’t clean until waitress came by. I feel that they are understaffed for wait staff. We ordered the hash brown bowl. It was under seasoned and I’m almost positive that the hash browns were some kind of pasta, my breakfast date said it first that it tasted like pasta. And I thought it was just me. The side of bacon was super greasy and needed to be blotted with paper towels and definitely was not. The coffee was ok, the soda needed more syrup or was running low. The blueberry waffle was good, the best part of the experience. The place needs help in so many ways.

Wow really let me down. How is my bacon burnt and raw at the same time?. Why does my Texas melt have bacon on it and no steak?. Hash browns cheese ad onions really ain’t hard but you make it look hard. I’m at work wasted my little 20 on some food that ain worth eating. And due to this shitty store on door dash no refund and no they won’t make it right by sending the right food out.

The male cook had great service but there was a woman working with him that had very poor service and she was more occupied with her phone. Very rude to the customers. Although the food was good. I’ll do my best not to attend during her work hours

Visited the Waffle House in Cincinnati, OH and it was VERY clean, the staff were so pleasant and fast in service. Will visit you guys again my next trip that way. …..oh and I had the Strawberry cheesecake waffle. Delish!
