We have come to this location many times. It is actually our preferred location. But this time the service and food preparedness was horrible. I ordered the bacon egg cheese melt sandwich and my partner ordered the all star breakfast. My sandwich was dipped egg, crispy bacon, cheese on bread. We where waited on by the African American waitress. When our food came the first time the bread on my sandwich was very burnt almost black and my partners bacon was flabby, it was asked to be crispy. So I sent back my sandwich and the bacon. Got the bacon back right, nice a crispy. But was sandwich was wrong again. This time the bread was good but the egg was well done and scrambled “yuck”. Asked to see the manager. The manager was very nice and said he would make the sandwich which came out hot and perfect. After we ate my partner asked for 2 containers and the bill. The waitress acted like she didn’t hear my partner. So I repeated what HE said. The waitress very rudely said I heard HER. Sorry my partner has a beard and is a him. Then we got out bill. The manager did not even take anything off for having to wait 3 times for my sandwich to be made the way I ordered it. Don’t know if we will come back to what used to be our favorite waffle house.

Good is always good besides they burnt my toast. The one Asian server they have is absolutely horrible she took our order then never brought our drinks. The cook brought us our food but never brought my husband’s waffle out. He remade my toast, we got our waffle to go because after we reminded him we didn’t get it he burned the first one. All while out server never came to check on us offer refills nothing. Then when I paid she asked why I skipped the tip option and I politely told her that she really dropped the ball and completely ignored us. If I’m going to leave a tip I’ll give it to the cook since he took care of us. There was 2 other tables the whole time we were there so she wasn’t busy. I love waffle House but if she’s working next time I’m not dining there.

We love this place. The waffles are great. The breakfasts are great food’s relatively inexpensive. It’s quick. It’s just a fun place to go and grab a breakfast meal or whatever steak are not great but you get what you pay for.
