The food was eh, yeah, just ok. It’s a good thing lettuce ate reasonable or I’d probably expect a lot more from the experience.
Waffle Houses seem to be hit or miss, depending on where you go. We’ll likely try other locations, just not this one.

The amount of food for the price is crazy. 8.00 for 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bread? Everything in photo was $40 only thing we got that isn’t showing is 2 drinks. Gravey is very clumpy. Everything was underwhelming. Won’t be back to any location..

Food was fast, fresh, & hot. I love that you can order whatever you want (even items not listed on the menu). I follow a low carb life style & it’s easy to maintain my diet here. I ordered 3 eggs, scrambled, with cheese & jalapeños, and 4 sausage patties. The food was delivered to our table within 7 minutes. The waitress was very pleasant. The facilities were clean & well maintained. Bravo Waffle House!

employees slacking on making the food. overall quality was pretty good but the atmosphere is dead and there is cockroaches crawling in the kitchen and dining area. seen multiple on the bar and bench seats. overall concerned for public health. they should be seen by the health department for reassessment.

While my family was on break for Christmas we had food from this location a total of three times. 1st our food took 40 mins and I noticed a couple who ordered 20 mins AFTER us receive their food first. Then, the second order was wrong and we received no apology from which we didn’t make a big deal of but now we have been given pork sausage and multiple people don’t eat pork; one by allergy and the other by choice. When picking up the last order I was ignored for 15-20 mins. The girl who put the order together never once made eye contact with me, asked if I needed help OR announced that the order was ready. However, I watched this same “lady” be overly joyed to help others. I don’t believe I have to announce the difference between myself and the others she was helping. I’m not one to pull the race card but a poor experience and attitude three times in a row? I went to WKU and ate at this location many times in undergrad. It’s not nearly as welcoming or comfortable as it used to be.

The staff are amazing. The first time we went was after a Halloween dance and the staff completely played into the bit added “help” written on the plate in ketchup and gave us bbq sauce as “blood”. The hostess was so friendly.

The waitresses greeted me and my mother very friendly. As it went on, we noticed the cook was being rude to both waitresses. One of them had tears running down her face the entire time but tried to keep a positive attitude. The service that she alone provided was enough for us. Thank you for your service tonight ma’am. I haven’t been to or eaten Waffle House in a really long time, today we decided to do a pickup order, and I’m glad i chose this Waffle House! I placed my order around 12:10 and I got there around 12:20-12:30. When I walked in, the place was packed, but looking around everyone, customers and employees, all looked so happy, the positive atmosphere was thru the roof! Everyone smiling, I got jealous I didn’t decide to eat inside! All of the staff behind the counter were working hard, and cleaning, and smiling at the same time. I picked up my order super fast, and it’s hot still when I get home, told my boyfriend all about how great it was in there and we look forward to going there to eat inside soon!

Love Waffle House, love the Ham and Cheese Omelettes but dang this man thinks his are the best, NOT!! It was basically a fried egg folded over cheese and burnt ham. He does NOT use the blender to make them “Waffle House Omelettes”
