Food was great but service was terrible, came in and sat down. Server took a good 5 -6 minutes to come to our table to take our drinks and also requested what we wanted to eat. Instead of saying are you guys ready to order she came to our table and said what do you guys want. We ordered server only came to the table 4 times take our drinks and order, drop off the food, I had requested bc I need hot sauce. I also asked for more coffee she dropped off the check. Never came back to check on her table. She also stated the silverware is dirty due to this she gave us plastic wear. The fact that she said the silverware was dirty and still proceeded to put a spoon in our coffee cup. Also came to our table and said silverware is no bueno. When I asked her for her name she said why, I informed her because every server always writes their name on the back of the check, she said I told you my name when I came to your table and I told her I don’t remember you telling me your name. She said my name is Lexi in a very low voice.
She had a very terrible service and attitude.

My adult son and I went here to eat Nov. 2025. The servers were very rude when we honestly were not rude, demanding or standoffish. The one server showed much frustration when I asked her to change my coffee order for tea. She hadn’t even left the table yet. We requested jelly and butter. Neither one was delivered with our order. We kindly asked again only to have a different server come with the butter. She clearly had 4 of those tiny tubs and only gave us 2. We immediately asked for extra and she dropped them on the table from mid-air. (We had ordered toast and waffles and obviously needed more than 1 packet each.) Never were we asked if we needed anything else. We could clearly hear the both of them laughing and joking with the customers sitting at the counter (One man in particular). So I know they were able to be nice but chose not to be with us. This was not a racial thing as we were all of the same race. That was the first and last time we’ll enter this Waffle House.

Dropped into this Waffle House while visiting from out of town, and honestly, I was blown away. The atmosphere here is just different: warm, welcoming, and effortlessly on point. The entire team was fantastic, but Rachel deserves a special shout-out — she was beyond incredible. Attentive, kind, and just genuinely amazing at what she does.
You can tell when a place isn’t just running on routine, but actually cares about creating a great experience — and that’s exactly the vibe here. If this is what day-to-day feels like, then moving to the area is looking even better.
Hands down one of the best Waffle House experiences I’ve ever had. 10/10, no question. ⚡️

Stopped for breakfast before getting on the road. Food was hot and tasted good. The place was very busy for a holiday Monday morning. Cooks did a good job trying orchestrate the maelstrom of orders being called in by the salespeople.

Found the Waffle House while desperately searching for a place to eat after 10pm near the Cincinnati/Kentucky airport. The food and service are amazing! Options are limited but what they make they make well. I highly recommend the Grits!
