We had another great Waffle House experience. We really try to find these while traveling to avoid eating hotel food. We love their made fresh right in front you model using top quality products. This store did not disappoint. It was clean and all of the staff were very friendly. It is close to the Louisville airport and easy to find using Google Maps with ample free parking.

This was the first time in years we’ve been to a waffle house, and my son’s first time ever.

Come here with some buddies typically after work. I know the staff, they know me, I love the staff, they love me. I always enjoy my time spent here, always enjoy my food. 10/10 waffle house, they will see us again soon lol

Took the family to go see Lego Mega Bricks and stopped to eat.
We choose Waffle House as our city does not have one.
Floor and table tops were a bit dirty. Hopefully from being busy.
Food was perfect.

Waited 20 minutes, weren’t acknowledged. Moved to the counter. Counter never wiped down. Finally placed our order after several people who came in after us and at the window got served first. Hated that the waitress had to yell all the orders to the cook. So loud. Got our food after an hour. Good was excellent, service was not.

Quintissential American Diner Breakfast, perfectly-cooked eggs, bacon, crunchy outside, tender inside waffles, now with their logo, of course, hot coffee, fast, friendly service with quick ordering and frequent refills, Staff is attentive and having fun serving their guests. Saturday mornings are crowded, but the wait was short and service was attentive, taking orders quickly, filling coffee, bussing tables for next guests. Seeing old friends over Waffle House breakfast is a good way to spend Saturday morning. Highly recommended.

One of the employees, named Kayla, did not give me my money back and served me dirty cups and plates. When I politely asked for a refund, she told me to leave. They also do not answer their phone, making it impossible to resolve the issue. I am 50 years old, and I feel that she took advantage of me and disrespected me because of my age.
