Ordered a Texas bacon chicken melt plate and the chicken was rubbery. When I brought it to their attention and said I couldn’t eat it , the waitress went to the cook and they both said things that shouldn’t have been said. I wasn’t rude or ugly when I brought it to their attention either. This place needs a better staff

We stopped in on Friday night. Specifically, Friday night before the MSU homecoming game. Surprisingly, they weren’t busy and we thought that would make for quick service. Absolutely not. We weren’t greeted and the only available booth table was dirty. We stood for a second near the table waiting for it to be cleared. No one came. We opted to sit at the available bar spots. We sat down and one of the staff grabbed a garbage can toted it over to the table we had been waiting on and cleared it off. She never acknowledged us even though she looked right at us as she walked by, even stopped to grab the garbage can from in front of where we sat down at the bar. We sat and waited. Other people came in to place to go orders and pick up to go orders. One waiter servicing another area asked if we had been helped and he said he would let her know… nothing. We finally left after maybe 15 minutes. Again, not super busy. Not a great look for a conveniently placed Waffle House on a weekend tons of people are coming into town for an SEC game.

Last 2 times I’ve went they’ve forgotten the waffle in my pickup all-star meal. Waffle House forgetting waffles is crazy. They also don’t have large cups anymore.

It’s one of the best Waffle Houses I’ve been to! The waitress was very attentive, and the order was spot on! Even knew my grits were freshly cooked without even having to ask! Just enough butter on my toast and look at my chips! OMG! My waffle was GREAT! Thanks!

Went in at 5:30am. Said no coffee because the pots were “soaking in bleach.” How about you maybe don’t soak every coffee pot. Can you leave one for customers? Also they gave me plastic fork and knife to eat. Hahaha. Can’t make this up!

Ordered togo online. Notibly, I remain disappointed because omelettes are not offered on the current menu. When I arrived around 11 pm, restaurant was not extremely busy and the staff were sufficiently polite. After getting home to eat, I found the mushrooms and tomatoes added to my individual- not side- order of hash browns were minimal as well as the serving. I’m sure this is not a decision made by the specific location, but rather a corporate one. My pecan waffle was tasty and the butter was nice and soft because it was placed inside container with the waffle.

Me and my gbaby stop in place is busy its a Sunday. We sit at high bar. Never got greeted about 5 mins i notice the cook making piles of par cooked bacon and putting it in a bucket tin thing by the grits on the line. Mmmmm never have I ever in any WH establishment seen them do that. That is not protocol and honestly kinda gross. Potential cross contamination! My son was a diatrict manager for this company…and well 50 yrs ive been around WH and never seen that. Everything is supposed to be cooked when ordered, not telling how long that bacon sits in that tin pan half cooked
