New person training. Trainer very good. My table was not cleaned very well. I wiped it with a napkin to get debris up. Food tasted old but was cooked properly.

This Waffle House is like most, a great spot for good food and friendly service. This is not a gourmet dining experience, it’s fast food, but the food quality is worlds above the competition. The restaurant is clean, the service is very good and the food is always good. Very pleased.

The food was cooked one at a time and the flavor of the food was not good. Then I noticed one employee during the day shift that they had one employee doing all the work and when that employee was telling I guess the day manger what another employee had an interviewer come back tomorrow, because he we as running very late. The manager he said. Ok thank you, over and over again while that employee was answering him. Yea, I can see that they want only one e type employees there. We most likely will not be going back. I like flavor in my food…

Waitress was rude, dismissive and forgot our drinks then tried to tell us we never ordered any??? Of course we did when she did finally graced us with her presence….forgot waffles…she had her phone conversation going on entire time we were in there with the earbud in one ear talking on the phone right in front of us so no wonder she forgot anything we needed. Just nasty attitude on top of it. She stood right there made and face told the manager she smelled something dead none too quietly but instead of looking for the source she just blew it off. Felt real great after that. Lazy…

I just have to say this has been one of the best Waffle House experience we have had in a long time, Our server Alicia was such a joy she definitely brightened our day. The whole restaurant was so alive and the atmosphere was extremely happy and energetic.

Best Waffle House I’ve ever been to. If you are having a bad day all you need to do is go here. These people will put a smile on your face and make sure you got everything you need. Hands down best staff I’ve ever seen in a Waffle House.

Might be the worst Waffle House I have ever been in. The floor looks like it has not been cleaned in months. The waffle marker has not been cleaned in a hot min. I made a to go order and two tables that sat down about 10 mins after me placing said order they still received their food first when they ordered the same thing I did. I can’t even understand how that happens when you order a Allstar. I give this store a 0 on cleanliness and a 1 on customer service. At the time I was here they were only sitting 3 tables at a time with 4 staff members working.
If I owned this Waffle House I would close it if this was the best I could do to staff it. I left almost a $10 tip on a $11 ticket because I felt very sorry for this place and the people.
If everyone tip what they are worth they would never receive anything other than their hourly wage.
This is sad that the American work force has come to this.

Awesome breakfast, finally someone that knows how to make sunny side up eggs, and not serve them undercooked. Our waitress was very kind and deserved the tip we left her. One will not be disappointed to have breakfast at this waffle House.
