Waitress never came to refill glasses. My friend had to dollar for her, she said hold on while sitting in a booth on her phone. I shouldn’t of even left a 5 dollar tip. We were the only people there.

I’m here all the time, the staff on all three shifts including the management staff are all new, except for the 2nd shift cook. The cooks take great care with food preparation and presentations. The waitstaff are friendly. Found out they only have online ordering, no more calling in. So if you are on break download the waffle house app an order your food online, 9 out 10 times it’s ready when you get there. I’ve also found out that on Friday and Saturday nights from 11:30pm-5am it’s Togo only, for safety purposes. The rest of the week it’s open doors. I’ve also been in there during sleep periods and the care that the staff takes in some of there detail cleaning, let’s you know that they care about this location on Broadway Drive. I wish I didn’t have to rate this! First the steak was well done, hashbrowns tasted burnt and the waffle was hard and dark. The hashbrowns were done over. The waffle was hard and dark so we just told her to take it off as it was already bad service at this point! The young lady stated she was new and would take money off for the hashbrowns and the waffle. When we headed to the register to pay the young lady at the register stated it would be $30 but according to our receipt it was only $22. We proceeded to explain the situation to the cashier. She said hold on and went and spoke with the server. She came back and said she couldn’t do the $22 because the young lady was new. We explained that wasn’t our problem! Then the cook decided to argue with us. The cook told the cashier to call the police. We patiently waited for them. While waiting a worker boyfriend that was visiting decided he wanted to jump in the conversation. Police arrived and didn’t even listen completely to us that we didn’t eat the waffle. We were told we had to pay the $30. I was adamant that I was not paying for something I didn’t eat! Another officer arrived. We explained the situation to him. He stated we had to pay the $30 due to them cooking the food and us eating hashbrowns and waffles. I told him I will NOT pay for the waffle since we didn’t eat it but we would pay for the hashbrowns since they recooked them and we did eat them. The officer told the cashier to charge us $26 and be done. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WAFFLE HOUSE THE SERVICE AND FOOD SUCKS! and to have the police called on you for your worker taking money off the bill to make things right. Train your staff on proper cooking of medium well steak, smothered hashbrowns and light waffle! Steak was taken home to give to my dog since it wasn’t cooked the right way! Pictures attached.

Great spot for breakfast! Great price for your basic quick breakfast. They have a simple menu with your regular items nothing fancy. The omelet was pretty good.

Our waitress was very rude. Debbie, I’m talking about you! Asked for steak and eggs and was asked, “Which one? Are you looking at the menu?”. Got chopped cheese steak instead of what I asked for.
As far as atmosphere, if you’ve been to one Waffle house then you’ve been to them all. It was clean.
The food was good even though it isn’t what I asked for, and didn’t want to deal with the rude waitress to correct it.
