Took 30 minutes for food at 10:00. Building was empty apart from 3 tables. waitress forgot us and never brought waffles. We had to flag her down to actually come to our table to request the rest of the food on our orders. Finally got waffles and there’s barely any chips on them. I know you shouldn’t expect anything from Waffle House but this is the most poorly run one I’ve ever been in.

we both ordered the all star breakfast around 1 in the afternoon. It was not that busy! Anyways they brought out our breakfast minis our sausages. By the time our meat got to us our grits and the egg were cold. Will go to iHop next time they know when to bring out your food!! Listen server ….don’t bring ppls food to them until its all on the plate.

My husband and I visited today, and I ordered an All-Star with a pecan waffle and an extra waffle. My husband requested that his waffle be cooked lightly, and I asked for my grits to be prepared with minimal butter.
When our food arrived, my husband’s waffle was overcooked and hard, and my grits were extremely buttery—as if extra butter had been added. I told the waitress that I wanted to exchange the grits because they had too much butter, and she suggested using a brown paper towel to soak the butter out. I explained that I did not want them, and she eventually replaced them with hash browns.
My husband asked for his waffle to be remade, and when it was brought back, it was undercooked and still topped with extra butter. At that point, we decided to leave the items as they were. Unfortunately, I ended up wasting $20 for a meal we could not enjoy
