I did a pickup order. The waitress was nice. I didn’t get my hash browns . I paid $22 bucks for this order and it was just for me. I recently had dental extractions so the waffle was pretty good, the hash browns were good but were covered much with cheese. Didn’t get the grits that I paid over $4 bucks for.
UPDATE: So I gave it another try this morning (March 1). The food this time was actually amazing. The girls there remembered everything and food was hot and delicious. This time it was more packed and folks in every seat.

As I travel for work. It’s always good to stop here for some good breakfast. The waitress was very nice and friendly and was very attentive. The food is always good. I had the egg, sausage, cheese, and hash browns bowl.

People were cool to talk to, and were very friendly. But the food was terrible. Me and my wife got hash browns. With multiple PAID toppings. Literally both serving of hash browns had maybe a half slice of cheese, 1 mushroom and 6 pieces of ham. Didn’t get my wife’s gravy or my chili or a bunch more topping. Alongside still warm the HASHBROWNs were rock hard and crunchy. They got my sons waffle and sausages right thank god. Wish I would have taken pictures. But unfortunately not going to take a picture of my trash can.

I pass 6 Waffle House restaurants to come to this one. If you’re not from the area you would probably stop at the one by the interstate that is very hit or miss(more miss than hit) not knowing another one is a quarter mile around the corner. But I normally only show up over night in the 3am hours and they’re not as busy. Everyone is always cool. Food is on point especially if the big guy with the dreads is working.

Food was very unsatisfactory… The cook and server both overlooked they served us moldy bread, they were out of chili, they were out of Waffle mix, they were out of raisin bread and they were out of milk. We talked to the server and all he could do was shrug his shoulders and say sorry. I was very disappointed.

Not only did we not order eggs on the sausage, egg & cheese egg bowl on two of the orders but the Orange Juice container looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in DAYS! The waitress working this shift was not only complaining about the job & pay & unfocused. I do not know her name as she didn’t wear a name tag. We sat in Waffle House for over an hour. This Waffle House usually is on point, but this waitress held up everything as well.

We went in to order take out. They asked us if we were ready to order and we said yes. They just stood around and never came over to take our order. So the service was crappy. Will never go to this Waffle House again. I only gave one star because you have too put at least one.

The only good thing to say about my experience tonight was the cook, Nick. He saw we hadn’t been waited on and took our order for us. Other than that, service was terrible, one of the servers had the worst attitude and we didn’t recieve our drinks for about 10 minutes. Not sure of her name but she has blonde hair and a nose ring. She was more worried about playing on her phone. As a server, this is not good service at all and I hope this location aims to fix this issue by hiring new servers or helping their employees with their service skills.
