Food was good although cook seemed a little disoriented. It came in bits and pieces and the cook kept saying sorry, he didn’t hear that. (Chili on hash browns, waffle, then it wasn’t correct waffle ordered, bacon) It did finally all arrive and was good and fresh.

This was one of the worst waffle houses ever. We should have left, but I had 2 grands with us. So first the place is ugly. Old stuff, dirty floors, and waitress was dirty. The bathrooms had no toilet paper. So we get our food, poor presentation. We ordered extra bacon, and it came out cold. The waitress got us fresh. But the employees just was a sad bunch. The tea wasn’t good either. The health score is a B, I guess cause no one knows what cold temperatures should be, etc. Will not go back. Oh, at least the cooks wore gloves. Reading other reviews, we all agree this is a nasty place, and don’t come on here and tell me you’ll correct the problem cause you haven’t done anything yet after these reviews. The place needs to shut down.

Ten minutes to take my order. They forgot my scrambled eggs with cheese and then brought me the eggs with no cheese in them.
I’ve been in 4 different Waffle Houses over the Christmas holidays and all four were terrible.
Waffle House corporate needs to start sending people by their places because the service and atmosphere in their restaurants are absolutely terrible now.

I normally do not do reviews on Waffles Houses because they are all the same, HOWEVER, this one is an exception. The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT A WAFFLE HOUSE. The franchise should use this location as a training facility. The ENTIRE STAFF is on it this morning!

One star. Waffle House on Frontage Rd. Sat there for ten minutes waiting for someone to take our order. The waitress never brought us our drinks. Waitress told us after another twenty minutes that “they told me I can’t bring drinks to tables before I put in your order.” She said she was in a holding pattern on putting the order in. We asked, you mean haven’t even put in our order?? No.
We left being unserved after sitting at the table for nearly 30 minutes. Hope, please fix this rule. We would like to come here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waffle House is supposed to be 24/7 but the location in Vicksburg MS off HWY had doors locked and only doing take out.

The service was great! Sarah was very attentive and friendly.

Wasn’t a real pleasant experience. Waitress wasn’t exactly rude but wasn’t friendly either. Acted like she would rather not wait on us. Food was delicious but the place was not clean. Nor were they keeping up with the mess. This is the waffle irons which we sit across from in my picture below. Irons were filled to overflowing and left. I also felt like we being discriminated against because we were Caucasian.
