Everything was awesome. Staff was excellent, order was taken immediately and food arrived hot within a few minutes. The customer service given by our waiter was great, I don’t remember his name (Caucasian young and shy). Gave description in case mgmt saw this and wanted to share our experience with him. I will never forget Red, he was cooking and entertaining us, the music selections was old school and my cousin and I enjoyed every moment of Red singing and us singing. This was about 1am early Sunday morning. My only complaint would be the tables not being cleaned better. We had to ask for towel to clean the stickiness off and when ladies came in after us they had the same complaint, we passed our wet towel to them. I was surprised that it wasn’t crowded.

I just had the pleasure of dining at this location. I really didn’t have any expectations other than the usual but you my surprise, Samantha provided exceptional customer service and the cook, Shanae, she hit a home run by cooking my food to perfection. She didn’t get anything wrong. I didn’t even have to add anything to my food. They actually raised the bar at this location. I will be coming back.

The service was great. The employees were tentative, friendly and fun. The breakfast bowl was good didn’t need to add any salt/pepper. Of course standard minute maid juice. And the waffle was basic. But service made all the difference. My husband loved his burger and smothered potatoes

I had steak and eggs it was great they cooked everything just right. It was alittle loud in there but I believe a Alabama state football game was on so people were cheering there state on. Service was good. Im very simple to serve though.

My waitress was on point but the cook was NOT!!! There were two(2) cooks on duty. I ordered a steak cooked medium well. When the food was delivered, my steak was not quite done enough. When the waitress(Erika) took it back to kitchen, the cook who originally prepared my steak was on break. The cook that was in the kitchen refused to touch my food because it had been delivered to the table. I could hear him refusing to touch it because the other guy cooked it and it was brought to the table. Very unprofessional!!!! As much as I enjoy the waffle house, I will never be eating a this particular location again!!! All I wanted was for it to be put back on the grill for a few more minutes. I guess in this cooks eyes, the customer’s wishes didn’t matter. Highly disappointed with his behavior!!

No One said ANYTHING to me for almost 10 minutes after I was standing there at the cash register. Although they were busy,it would’ve only taken 2 seconds to say “Sir someone will be right with you”, but instead I got nothing for the first 10 minutes except for just standing there at the cash register.
