Tonight my family and I went in to have dinner, our waitress was Emily, who seems off the moment she walked up to take our order, she only came to our table to ask if we needed anything else, didn’t give us all of our food, and I had to ask savanna “another waitress” if she could get my son and wife a refill, because Emily was outside, I asked for butter 3 different times and still didn’t receive it for my daughter, and also there was a roach on the floor that I personally killed. The food was amazing, the cook himself was very understanding, and had no issue bringing us what we ordered, I personally don’t know if “EMILY” was just having an off day, but her customer service attitude was definitely not fit at all. Even my children said something. But Savanna helped us out and even ask Emily to get us refills, we won’t be back for a while.

Food would have been perfect except for the hair in the eggs . They said sorry and “he” (manager) would make an adjustment on the bill. The only two working men were cooking. One had a thick beard and one a thin beard. Neither made the adjustment of putting on a required FDA Food Code (Tennessee follows this Code) Beard Net. If you walk into this unit and the cook isn’t following the code walk out. I wore one for over 20 years in food prep areas. Not comfortable but required.

I was served food that had me sick within half hour of eating there. Charged for food we ordered but never got. Bill was to high for bad food we recieved. Will never eat at any waffle house again. .

My experience was about 27 minutes before I left. Server took my entire order including drinks within 3 minutes(a total of 4 waffles and 2 sodas)Didn’t see her again for about 6 or 7 minutes with our drinks.At this point I hear the server ask the cook how long to time the waffles. The cook replies “I got it” as she proceeded to fill both grills with a bunch of food. About 5 or 6 minutes later the server brings us ,not our food, but our bill. Around 7 minutes later I see the waffles we ordered finally getting taken off the waffle Iron and they are just burnt. Lovely experience. Don’t go early in the morning if anyone else is there you will be promptly ignored while 1 person runs around and the other leans on the counter playing On their phone.
