My review is behind as we have been traveling.
On Nov 20th 2025 after traveling decided to dash into Waffle House. We’ve visited various locations throughout & have really never had an issue. Our server took our order – brought the drinks & shortly after my husband’s waffle that went with his meal which we thought the rest of the order was on it’s way. Nope….so it became cold. After approximately 10-15 minutes later she brought the rest of the order(s) with time in-between. My scrambled eggs with cheese were over cooked, cold & rubbery. The hash browns were greasy & not even fried. Our bacon was burnt & nothing was edible other than my toast. No one asked if everything was alright or if we needed anything. Slapped the ticket on the table & never saw them again. After waiting so long & not being able to get someone’s attention we paid & left. Definitely needs retraining at this location.

Sat down at 530 am. Neither cook nor waitress spoke when we came in. Waitress didn’t speak for 5 mins and looked at me twice. When we asked for our drink order to be taken, she said “corporate doesn’t allow that, we have to take food order then drinks.” We decided to order and it took another 10 mins for her to get back to us. Decided to leave.

Stopped here while passing through. I ordered an All-Star with over medium eggs. The waitress asked if I wanted bacon, sausage, or ham. I got the country ham.
When my food arrived, I immediately noticed my eggs were way undercooked. In the words of Jesco White, you better not serve up a bunch of sloppy, slimy eggs.
My last complaint is that when I ordered the ham, I wasn’t told about any sort of upcharge. They charged an extra $4.75 for a piece of ham. Make sure you ask before you order. Hell, I was in for $17.50 plus tip. People complain about the cost of living when establishments like this don’t help.

Waffle House is a great place to get a quick meal, but sometimes you get to a House like this where the service is good but the food isn’t as good and the coffee is bitter.

Worst house on the East Coast Cash was very nasty very condescending. I still had my food sitting on the floor inside of my truck. I refuse to eat it 22.51 order of grits 4 slices of cheese for eggs, beef patty, two slices of bread, orange juice, some milk, preferably milk, whole milk. It’s took care of all the other customers had my full sitting on the counter until it was cold Waste my time that I had on my DOT clock to sit down and eat so I requested to take it with me. She didn’t like that she was ticked off about it again. I still have the food now cause I refuse to heat it I do not trust that cashier/waitress I tried to write a review on their website is giving me two different addresses, bear Creek and some other address. I can’t call because it goes straight to a recording. I wish I would’ve just asked for my money back or just refused to order.
The other patron was a meals by her actions. I was embarrassed. I was mad and I knew I had to get out of there.

Not good. We ordered lightly cooked hash browns and toast. They were over cooked so after the waitress arguing with us that we didnt say lightly cooked.. (but we both did, like always) we sent it back and the girl had an attitude when we she brought back the hashbrowns the second time by aggressively putting it on the table. And I don’t know what happened with the toast. It looked like someone had already ate off it. I took a pic EXACTLY how it was brought to us. We honestly never even touched it before I took this picture. We werent happy so we didnt talk much with the waitress after all this. She made a comment that we both looked really tired and motioned toward our 3 year old son like it was his fault. Uh, no, could it be we wasnt happy with the service or the attitude we were dealt for trying to get it fixed right. Needless to say.. we won’t be back.
