Food was decent. Not real sure why the server was making everyone use plastic utensils. Yes I asked for a spoon for the coffee. Maybe she is being lazy and didn’t want to wash utensils or maybe there is another reason. However if that was the case then she should have explained. It is very difficult to eat burnt hash browns with a flimsy fork tho. Also never asked if I wanted more to drink. Don’t know her name either. Didn’t put it on the ticket.

Hands down the best Waffle House we have been to! Staff were nice, restaurant and the bathroom were clean, and the atmosphere made you feel especially comfortable and at home! Our waiter recommended pecans tossed in butter on the waffle… he wasn’t lying.. so good!

Dear Reader,

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this establishment to explore other dining options, preferably somewhere outside of Memphis. On the evening of March 8th, 2026, at approximately 11:00 PM, I arrived at this location accompanied by two wonderful individuals. We entered the establishment with the simple expectation of enjoying a pleasant meal paired with attentive service. Unfortunately, what followed was an experience that fell far below even the most basic standards of hospitality.

To begin, the wait time for our beverages was roughly fifteen minutes, which was surprising considering the circumstances. While delays can occasionally happen, the situation only worsened as the evening progressed. When it came time for our food, we were left waiting close to an hour before anything arrived at the table. Such a delay, particularly without clear communication or updates from the staff, created unnecessary frustration and disappointment.

Eventually, after waiting far longer than expected, I requested the check so that we could conclude the evening. Rather than being provided with the bill as requested, I was instead handed a handful of silverware. Assuming this was some form of misunderstanding, I politely asked again a short time later. This second request was met not with the check, but with a plate containing dry bacon, which only added further confusion to what had already become an extremely disorganized experience.

Additionally, I feel it is important to address the conduct that occurred in the parking lot as we were leaving. Professionalism should extend beyond the interior of the restaurant, yet what we witnessed outside was highly inappropriate and frankly disturbing. It would be advisable for employees to maintain proper work attire and conduct while on the premises, as the lack of professionalism displayed reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.

Experiences such as this are disappointing not only because of the delays and confusion, but because they demonstrate a lack of attention to basic standards of service and professionalism. I sincerely hope that management takes the time to reflect on these concerns and implement improvements moving forward.

Please consider using the good judgment that you have been blessed with when deciding whether this location is worth your time.

I mean it’s a waffle house and you’re really going to expect fine dining experience and service?

Our presence was made known by the welcoming staff as we entered looking for our seats. My family arrived before lunch hour so there was an abundance in vacancy which I highly prefer. As I’m not foreign to waffle House environment my family is able to quickly decide on what we were going to enjoy for our brunch.

Our meal was made with haste! With our delicious options of burgers and steak we had many options to choose from. Of course you can’t forget the smothered covered hash browns!

To wrap up this review just know when you visit a waffle House you getting that waffle House experience so nothing fell short of quality during our time there. I cannot wait to visit here once more as this is one of the final locations!

$18 with tip for grits with eggs, ham and cheese to go. The steak is less money on the menu, but grits are a high end delight and easily worth a hundred dollars or more by themselves. I’m thinking about getting into the grit business myself cause it’s apparently worth more than gold.

Better than the average Waffle House. Plus the consistency you expect in quality of food and service. Plus I picked up one of the Christmas mugs at this location. Made my girl happy. Our waitress was Candis and she made today’s meals memorable.

If I could give 0 stars I would , I ordered two all star specials but I didn’t receive a waffle for either because the cook kept burning them also the food was EXTREMELY cold after waiting on it for 30 minutes I will NEVER eat here again as this is unacceptable and very unprofessional!!! HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN OR TRAIN THEM PROPERLY SO THEY CAN! Don’t go here

Arrived, server was polite. Took 10 min for my food to come out. Bacon was ice cold and burned. Server was extremely nice, so not server issue. Cooking time and time of service is the issue.

I just left an order to go go order. Texas egg sausage cheese sandwich. The cook he cracked the egg and left large shell eggs in my eggs. How can you crack a egg snd leave a whole large piece of eggs shells in someone food… i will never return to any waffle house location… sloppy poor food service
