Excellent Waffle House. By far, my favorite. Great staff and food. Wish they had veggie meat but that’s a chain thing. Clean for sure. I’m vegetarian, I get the All Star with no meat, amazing waffle, specially with chocolate chips, with eggs over medium and white toast. Amazing. Love their breakfast food.

Food: the flavors are all in the right place but some of the food feels greasy unfortunately. We ordered the all star special and the Texas melt. The waffle is surprisingly nice and light but the eggs feel oily.
Service: We were a big group of 7 people and unfortunately had to sit separately because there are no booths for groups larger than 4. However we did get seated rather quickly and the waitress was quick with our orders and substitutions.

The climate control in this location is messed up. The heat almost never works at night. It’s an ice box in there.
Them magically at 0600 the heat starts working and the manager says there’s no problem. Along with blaming the windows when we can feel cold air blowing into the restaurant.

Early morning coffee and breakfast. Perfect location off the freeway exit, plenty of parking, and very friendly employees. It was not busy at all. A small interior seating area it is not a place to go if you need privacy or space for you and your companion. The food was average. The coffee was good, and the bacon was a bit salty but happy with the service we received.

I brought my daughter here because she was really wanting a chocolate chip waffle. Anyways. Got a dirty cup of water with food pieces stuck to the inside. Kindly asked for a Togo cup. Then I was asked to pay about 5 minutes into eating my food. She said “no rush” as she’s asking me to go ahead and pay because they’re doing shift change. I JUST saw the other girl walk in like 60 seconds before she said this. I’ve worked in restaurants for 10 years and this is just unprofessional. You wait or transfer the ticket!! People do not like to come out to eat and TRY to relax with family just to feel rushed out. Ridiculous and bad for business! Then I go back to eating my food with my daughter. And both of us, including our food, was splashed with dirty dish water. The other lady who was doing dishes hardly apologized, laughed a little, then said “you have to know that’s gonna happen to you at Waffle House” I then said “that has never happened to me at Waffle House..” ANYWAYS. I ask for the remakes Togo. Now I’m waiting for my daughter to finish. And our table and us are sprayed probably 5 more freaking times before I just left!! There was absolutely no customer service in this department. I will never come back here again. It’s sad because this used to be my favorite Waffle House. Spoiled my dinner date with my 5 year old. PMO.

It’s a Waffle House, and a good one. Comfort food that may be a bit greasy, but tastes great. The staff was overworked, but still took time to get our order right and out pretty quickly. Waitress was friendly and personable. We were very happy we skipped the really long Taco Bell drive through line and dined in at Waffle House.

I’m a fan of Waffle House as it is typically very clean, the service is fast and the food comes out steaming hot. This location is no exception. I had the blueberry waffle, which is very good. Although the blueberries were a little clumped together and could have been mixed better. This location is on a busy corner in Ooltewah where you can watch all kinds of cars, trucks, and motorcycles, which keeps the grandson entertained. You can even see Miller Industries test driving a new diesel now and again. The team here is efficient and friendly, with plenty of parking. Breakfast for 3 people without tip came to $23. A great bargain.

Was seated quickly. Waitress asked what we wanted to drink. We gave our orders. Both were wrong. Attitude in the place seemed nobody wanted to be there. Restaurant was to hot. Grill person seemed overwhelmed. She was busy answering her phone. We have already visited over 30 waffle house restaurants in several state this one is the worst.
