I’ve been to hundreds of Waffle House locations all over the country, and I have to say this one really stands out! Without a doubt, it’s one of the most efficiently run Waffle House restaurants I’ve ever experienced. The team worked together like a perfectly organized system — there was a chef and cook on the grill, someone calling out the orders on the food line, two waiters handling the customers, and even a dedicated dishwasher keeping everything moving smoothly
The place was incredibly busy, but the staff handled it like true pros. The way they managed the crowd and kept everything flowing was honestly impressive. Tables were turning over so quickly that the wait time was almost nothing ⏱️ It was amazing to watch such great teamwork in action. Truly one of the most well-run Waffle House experiences I’ve ever had!

Drove out of our way to come to this waffle house because it had a 4.4 rating. VERY DISAPPOINTED. They were not that busy and it took 15 minutes before our drinks got to our table. Over 5 minutes before we were ever greeted by anyone. Grits were disgusting. Steak had no flavor. Was never offered a drink refill. Definitely will never come back to this location

Driving through on my way out of Michigan, I had to stop and grab something to eat—and some coffee. I’m really glad I did. There were plenty of options, but what made this stop special was Terry. This was my first time at Waffle House, and Terry (and the other sweet lady whose name I’m sorry I forgot) turned it into a genuinely good moment. God bless them.grits was perfect!

Came in here a about a month ago and there were only two people working and one girl was moving as fast as she could and the other girl was on her phone. Ended up leaving and not eating. However, today I went back and Michael was our server. Probably the best service I’ve ever had at a Waffle House. The other staff was awesome too, everybody was working hard. Very Impressed.

Family stopped into this Waffle House for our first time. 2 guys working had poor customer service and the food was okay. I likey won’t be visiting a waffle house again. The food or the experience was not enjoyable. The 2 employees showed they did not want to be there and they made it “take out only” while we were there at 3:00 pm. They seemed like they were annoyed that we were there. Unfortunately because I was told I needed to eat at a waffle house while down south.

This facility was not able to accomodate customers appropriately soon before Noon on Sunday Nov 9th. I ended up having to leave due to a combination of a long wait for a table and service once we were seated.

I usually enjoy this Waffle House, but tonight was disappointing. I came in around 6:30 and most of the tables and bar seats were covered with dirty dishes and food. There were only two employees working — one cooking and one up front. Someone did clear a table for us, but the floor underneath was still messy. They seemed understaffed, but the front employee spent the time on her phone instead of taking our order or cleaning up. After waiting, we ended up leaving. Hoping this was just an off night.
