I hate to leave a bad review for Waffle House because it’s one of our favorite spots, but tonight’s visit was disappointing. We’re in town for work and were so happy to see a Waffle House next to our hotel. Last night’s food and service were amazing, but tonight wasn’t the same.
I ordered a patty melt — the first one was missing onions and tasted odd. The remake was worse — the meat was sour and tasted rancid . I told the waitress, and while she apologized, she didn’t offer to replace it or make it right. Our bill was $31, and all I could eat were the hash browns.
The cook, Dallas, was kind and professional, but the beef definitely seemed old. My husband’s All-Star meal was great though. I really hope management checks the meat quality — we love Waffle House and would hate to see others have the same experience.

Excellent choice for breakfast. The food was great, the service was attentive, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The manager, Steven, truly stood out. He was courteous and respectful to both employees and customers, made a point to welcome guests as they arrived, and personally thanked people as they left. You can tell he takes pride in running a well-managed, friendly establishment.

Dddaammmnnn!!! When I tell you that im ecstatic, amazed, and freaking happy!! I’m a truck driver and snowed in and of course im hungry…as always! I walked in THE HOUSE and was made to feel like I was missed! My server, Kiana with her southern hospitality, took my order and got my drink fluidly. While waiting I watched how the General, Steve worked the crowd. He was cognizant of everything and greeted everyone. Meanwhile, the cook staff was moving like a well oiled Freightliner semi truck!! Hats off to everyone in this location. They turned a dismal day into happy pandemonium!

The food was amazing. My server was amazing and they got everything correct. However, the manager Steven’s attitude and vibe was just terrible. He has a bit of a staring problem with customers, he would not stop staring until we said something. It’s creepy and rude. He was also very rude to his employees. Just not the nice, friendly environment I thought id be dining at.

Great service! Went during a rush, but everyone was great and we had a fantastic time. My hash browns were the perfect amount of crispy. Our server was very nice and attentive. Sadly we were only passing through but this has definitely been our favorite Waffle House

I am LIVID! I stopped & got food on my way out of town & when I make it to my destination, I realize I’ve been charged for all these add ons JUST to get a BASIC ALL STAR BREAKFAST!!!!!!! NO EXTRA BACON, NOT CRISPY, NO ONIONS IN MY HASHBROWNS, EGGS ARE NOT WELL DONE! I was literally inside playing music on the jukebox. I WILL NEVER SHOW MY FACE AT THIS WAFFLE HOUSE EVER AGAIN. ZERO STARS!!!!!

Cece is horrible and I will not be back if I see that she is working. I am a truck driver and stay in one of the hotels nearby within walking distance so I eat here when I am in town and she has always given me horrible service. It’s little things like not giving me my complete order, I didn’t get silverware or drink today without having to remind her. Once I finally got my drink she disappeared and I still didn’t have my complete order nor was I able to get a refill but luckily the cook was and always has been great. I typically tip but it depends on the service I was given but today I chose to just pay the amount of the ticket.

Busy morning, staff did a great job keeping the tables turning with a smile on their faces. Food was exactly what we needed and coffee was great. Clean bathrooms. Overall great experience!
