Markeysha was not our server but she had great customer service. Judah was our server but was very unconfident and unattentive. The cook was in training and the food didn’t come out great at all. The trainer should have made sure orders were correct before sending them out. Another order was missing some things and ours wasn’t correct either. My eggs were over medium instead of over easy. And our hasbrowns we asked crispy which was not. And the waffles were very limpy and not cooked enough. The biscuits and gravy came without gravy by the new cook. And then when gravy was put on it it was pitiful. Gravy tasted as if it had sit there for 3 days just being warmed every morning. Funny thing. 5 minutes later the gravy machine broke down. I’m only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the service wasn’t horrible and the rest of the employees seemed friendly. And some of the food was edible.

Ordered to go , Specifically asked for the eggs on my sandwich to be scrambled , once I got once and started eating noticed it was not and the waiter did tell the cook I wanted it scrambled but maybe he should’ve called it correctly and then the bread looks a little burnt like it was cooked fast , bacon rubbery . Then when I asked for an additional 2 pieces of bacon , he only wanted to give me a whole order instead of the half order for 2.25 like it says on the actual menu and took a while to count 3 dollar change from 17.11 out of 20 so I just told him to keep it, probably would’ve gave more if it seemed like he actually tried to give decent customer service on the to go order but when I asked for strawberry jelly after I paid it was as if I had to follow him to get it instead of him just bringing it to me . It was not busy so there wasn’t any excuse to rush or forgetful . There was one other person in there waiting for food. Definitely disappointed and I love Waffle House even had previously worked there years ago

While I understand that Waffle House is a casual dining environment, what occurred during our visit was completely unacceptable.
Upon arrival, there were no other customers in the restaurant. It took approximately thirty minutes to receive silverware—one set was still missing—and another thirty minutes before drinks were served. An hour into our visit, our order was just being taken. While I recognize that restaurant staff can be overworked, the service delays were extreme. Additionally, it was clear that some employees appeared to be under the influence of substances, which is deeply concerning from both a safety and professionalism standpoint.
Most troubling was an incident involving the line cook, who approached our table while our waitress was taking our order, tapped her on the shoulder, and said—in front of our entire party—“tell them yes master.” Given the racial dynamics of the situation (the waitress and cook were Black, and our party was composed of white and one Hispanic individual), this comment was inappropriate, offensive, and unprofessional.
We remained polite and patient throughout, but the combination of slow service, concerning staff behavior, and an unacceptable remark made this one of the worst dining experiences I have ever encountered. I believe this matter warrants immediate attention to ensure no other customers have a similar experience.
