We came here because of Waffle House doing the amazing thing of donating all the proceeds to the victims families.
While we were there it was very somber feeling, just still in complete shock of how close this was to home.
The service was great, the food is always good.

Absolutely awful! Got my order wrong… 3 times. Was there 45 minutes. And still had to pay for my order. I tip according and very well. When my order is made how I ask for it, I tip the cook and the waitress. Very very well. I am a picky eater and they had a few customers. But I recently had oral surgery, so I have to be. They also had 2 cooks(no excuse). 2 burgers wrong, 3 times. And when I finally got to leave, the orders were still wrong. I will start going back to the Smyrna location. Oh and while I was there for the last set of burgers to be made over, my hashbrowns were sitting there getting cold. So I had to microwave my food once I got home. I normally only go there. But they have went way downhill in the past year. Oh and what restaurant only has diced onions? And who puts diced onions on a burger. Look at the bacon. Not a good visit at all. Horrible experience!!! We have been waiting for this Waffle House to open for months….and what a disappointment! We walked in and only 2 tables where occupied ALL the others where dirty and full of old dishes. We had to sit at the dirty counter and wait 10 min for someone to acknowledge our presence. Another 15 for someone to take our order and another 45 to get our food, well…2 of us got our food, the 3rd had to wait until we finished eating to get her food. Coke machine wasn’t working, so no sodas, ordered coffee and even though they finished the coffee on us they didn’t start another pot. So when we asked for more we had to wait for them to start a pot. People where walking in and literally walking out because all the tables where dirty and no one was great in them. The kitchen was a MESS! The server dropped milk all over the floor and just left it…..I could say more but I think you get the point! Rude and unprofessional staff! Horrible! For corporate: please look into the staff that was present on 11/30/2017 at 7pm…. Ok

Everything was fine until we got seated, we kept trying to get some of the workers attention but the youngest worker was so rude and ignored us. The people behind us also got there food before us! Worst Waffle House experience ever.

Completely wrong order. Didn’t expect that to happen so didn’t notice until I was home. Gave me a toddler size to go cup for my drink and had to ask for regular size. Also forgot my friends drink and had to walk back up. They also forgot the cheese on my friends hash browns. Simple request. I don’t get it. One other customer there. Wasn’t slammed.

Multiple locations say you are open 24 hours but are actually open from 6am – 9pm including this location. I suggest changing your hours on Google.
