Let me start be saying, I love going to Waffle House establishments. The employees are engaging and friendly. This location was no different, but the time it took to recieve your order was a wait. Sitting there waiting I could not figure out why because there was not that many customers. When order arrived, it all looked delicious. My wife and I had the All Star but her eggs were fried hard and I ordered over easy. Unfortunately, my eggs turned out to be fried hard. I had the hash browns to be “country” and the gravy did not taste too good. I was about to help my 3 y/o with her scrambled eggs when I noticed a hair in her eggs. Needless to say, she did not eat them. I am pretty disappointed with this location. I did take pics, though.

VERY slow service. Food came out in different orders. Got bacon before anything else. It was cold. Then I got my food. I was done before my hisbands Omelet came out 20 minutes later. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Total disaster.

Hubby and I went out to eat this morning, never ate inside before. Went at a good time wasn’t too busy. We ordered 2 All-Star Breakfast. Waitress had a lot on her plate, she put our order in few moments later our eggs, toast, hash browns came out. Waitress said meat would be out in a minute…few moments after that she brought 2 of the thinnest waffles I have ever seen, still no meats, said she seen out meats on the grill, brought out our bacon sausage had to be cooked again so gave us extra piece of bacon (which was hard on edges and almost not done in the middle) finally sausage comes out, had to send back my husband’s biscuit it was burnt and hard. Never did receive syrup for the waffles…but wish I had had 2 more waffles dropped cuz they are so thin. Anyway may or may not be back to this particular one.

I am a regular at this waffle house location, i come here 2-3 times a week, and i always get exactly the same thing. I ordered triple hashbrowns with 6 cheese and a side of grits with 3 cheese, like I always do. Hashbrowns were fine. The grits had 6-7 pieces of cheese in it, AND the grits were so cold the cheese wasn’t even SLIGHTLY melted. When I mentioned it had twice the cheese I ordered the waitress, Jennesee, gave me attitude and said, “It must be the way they stacked it, because I saw them put the grits in.” I clearly saw 3 pieces sticking up out of it, and when I lifted 2 of them to try to mix it in, I saw at least 2 more on the bottom. I get the same order every time I go to waffle house. I know what it’s meant to look like mixed up. This is twice the cheese. Not to mention, I had to ask for a plate cause the grits were falling out of the bowl. Normally, i wouldn’t be upset with extra cheese, but these grits were cold, so I couldn’t mix it in properly, AND they weren’t even salted like usual.

It’s 5:00am in the morning and server saying the grill is down and it’ll be about 35/40mins because they’re cleaning it for the next shift, which starts around 7am so why are y’all trying to get ahead knowing that you’d still have to use it after time of cleaning unless y’all are gonna have the same excuse for anyone that comes in after me, until 1st shift? Really backwards to me. Just lazy from what I see. I just came here the other morning with transitions of shift and didn’t have this issue at all.

Love me some waffle house but the prices have gone up so much and now there’s a 50 cent surcharge on 1 egg! Your better of going someplace else. It was over 50 bucks for 4 of us. We didn’t get a lot of food either. Just small portions
