Two stars out of respect for Waffle House in general because, hey, Waffle House is a culinary icon and deserves its flowers. That being said, the night before Thanksgiving, we waited for like an hour with a super light crowd. Folks behind the counter were nice, but here’s the deal – food poisoning merits a bad review. On our way out, I noticed the grill op wasn’t marking plates and had servers’ order pads on the counter near uncooked food. Can’t do that. Messed up our Thanksgiving feast vibes and my wife and I are still fighting the good fight. Get it together second shift. Rooting for y’all.

Didn’t use the restroom but it all seemed clean. No sticky menus or table. Swift and pleasant service. Out of waffle mix. huh? Pretty empty but good wasn’t hot, not fresh or plated with care. It doesn’t take much effort to cook but I guess more than I was thinking.

The fact waffle House has published a new menu with the temporary egg charge on it says they have no intention of making not temporary. On top of that the eggs I did get were way undercooked. Guess I’ll check back a few years later to see if this establishment can change.

Still not impressed. Food prep was poor and service was slow and spotty. Unfortunately server spent more time attending dishes than customers. Two years later and the place seems to be still struggling with same issues.

Visited this place 5 times and must say only once was the food prepared well and the service was good. Many times the server is just doing a poor job which is sad since usually there only 2-3 groups in the place so not like they are over whelmed. Tables are never cleaned and if they are its just a brief wiping since oil and stuff is still on the table. The food prep is totally poor, eggs done well before other items, hash browns poorly prepared, waffles that were overcook on one side while other is almost gooey, or just flat out dirty from poor iron cleaning. In short, staff needs a full 101 training to get things right again. For the time being I will drive further to another Waffle House and come back to this one in about a year. On a positive note the staff was at least friendly.

I went 2 days in a row to order the exact same thing. Pecan waffle and a hash brown. The first day took like 15 mins and food was good. The second day the waffle and hash browns were super tiny. Not even half the regular portion. The same two servers were there available to take my order both days. Im not sure if they did this on purpose because I didn’t tip for both to go orders. There was nothing extraordinary about their interaction. And they didn’t even serve me because it was to go. So there is nothing to tip for. It is quite literally the least that can be done – take an order, charge, and handle the order. And with this experience, one feels the opposite of whatever inspires tipping.

Food was good. Our waitress Titi was awesome. We literally sat down and ordered. Food was out in like 5 minutes! Super fast! Great service and food. Bathroom for the ladies was also clean! Overall great experience here.

They need to allow negative stars. Bring there average down. Was terrible, had a single waitress. That was as much completly incompetent as she was A.D.D. took three times to ask for a glass of water before I got it complain the whole time as I was the second customer the third fourth fifth show up all she does is complain. While the cook slowly burns the food he tries to serve cuz she can’t even tell him what she needs. When I nicely asked for my food to be recooked and gave my order directly to the Cook she proceeded to tell me that she does that and puts a chili on the hash browns. And the first smart thing that came out of her mouth the Whole 30 minutes I was there was- I could leave. Tell her she was correct and walk out staff needs overhaul
