Lea, was our server, upon arrival she was stonefaced, no expression, a comment was made to smile life’s not that bad, her response was I’m just tired, my sister went on to compliment her with no expression, no comment, during the serving time my son said his order was incorrect, her response, to other cooks were Oh My God, then she says I quit, I quit, 2 others came to finish our order, do refills, check on us, our bill was at 100. Dollars, there were 6 of us. We were polite and tried, but when we went to check out my husband had, had enough of her attitude he said, it’s awful, I chose to spend our hard earned money to be treated so rudely, she wants to argue, I wasn’t rude! My husband says yes you were, about that time the gal checking us out at register says you can scan this code and let them know what was going on. Now it’s my turn, I said yes I will, she is still insisting, I was being rude, I told her yes you were! I’m not arguing with some waitress whom has already shown her intrest in her job. And customer satisfaction, when employerees on break stepped up to plate to take care of us!!

Went with a total of four people, all tables were occupied but three at the end of the store. They said that due to COVID they were not able to sit us there, I understood so really did not say anything. They sat us on the bench seats elbow distance from another couple. After we ordered our food another group of people came in they said they had 4 adults and two kids, a waitress started moving the chairs that block the tables and opened it up to them. As you can see in the photo below
When asked why they opened it for them and not us the manager explained that it was because they had six people even though the signs on the tables have “please reserve for two or more people”. Need to have standard set of rules i’m not just making something up.
The service was good from our waitress but the food was cold, not her fault, will not visit this place again.

This is a typical waffle house. Generally friendly staff and the food is on point with every other Waffle House in the world. Sometimes the music is too loud but I guess they need that to keep going when they work quickly

We do waffle house most Sundays when we are in Alabama. The food was good. I get my eggs sunny side up and not everyone knows how to cook them right. The yellow soft and the white cooked. This time it was just right. Also, I get my hash browns smothered and covered (with onions and cheese). I have to say this, whoever cut the onions did a good job. This was the first time that they were cut small. All the other visits, the onions were cut sooo big…our waitress was Monica. She didn’t have a name tag, because it had broken and was in her apron pocket. The manager came and asked her about it. She tried to explain about it being broken. I just like to tell him, that the name tag doesn’t make the service good. She was a real friendly lady that made us feel wanted. So, thank you Monica (Schillinger Rd. Sat down, table hadn’t been wiped off.. day in. Boothe while wife went to bathroom…she came back and we sat anoy 3-5 minutes and ot one employee acknowledged we were even there…we walked out a Will Not be back.

well when I moved here many years ago I couldn’t stand Rottweilers but then I found out something a secret a secret that only Southerners knew it was you could put stuff on your hash browns up north I didn’t like the hash browns so much because I didn’t want to put ketchup in them and that’s what most people did up there but here in the good old south they had a secret the best secrets because I’m going to tell you what it is it is that Southerners go to waffle House and they get hash browns with Believe it or not chili on them they even get them cooked with onions and them or a lot of various other ingredients that they will cook in them for you special order I mean I couldn’t believe it I will never look at hash browns again and it’s all thanks to waffle House and let me tell you something they have a lot of other things on the items on the menu that you can enjoy eating just as much if not more even. so let me suggest to you no matter what time of day or night there is a waffle House open 24 hours a day you don’t have to believe me check it out yourself you can’t go wrong

I give this location zero stars. I had to wait over 40 minutes for my order. I went in and placed the order and went back out to my car. Went back in after a while and was told me and another customer they would have to get out waffles. Then after that the young lady gave me the bag and the order was completely wrong! I told them what the order was supposed to be and went back outside. Returned inside after a little while and was told they thought I had left… Why would I pay for food and leave. I told the cook I saw you pulling bacon so I thought you were preparing the order. The cook and waiter were like they were clueless! although the young waitress was nice, the cook was rude and trying to be smart mouth and the bacon was hard and horrible! Then the manager comes out of the back when it was resolved and they finally understood the order. The manager was rude, has no customer service skills! Talking about she heard us in the back in her office. Well everything’s taken care of now she should’ve been came out the office and I shouldn’t have been waiting almost an hour for a takeout order that should’ve been ready! When this location opened I always went to this location and had great customer service! Now there is new staff and management and the customer service is horrible!!! I do not recommend people go to this location. Staff and management needs to be trained again.
