I have done ate here twice in the last week and every time I place an order at the window crap my food order has been wrong and the other customers comeing back to window cause u can’t call anymore so what’s the point of being in business if you can’t go in or call when they do get your order wrong and trying to get ur order fix it’s like theft of services cause it’s never what you order half the time at night like they just throw whatever in the bag and say it’s yours

The food is always cooked just right. My wife and I like crispy bacon and extra crispy hash browns, the crunch was delightful and oooh so flavorful! We played some tunes on the juke box and the manager turned the volume up so we could Jam Out while Baby Boy got some good waffle eating practice!!

Im no gone a say that all the giys work there is lazy or crackheads but the lady who attended us was on something. We decide to stop with my kids that is autistic to eat dinner so was my wife mother in law 4 kids and me so when we toll her all the orders for everyone she was laughing and say she cant take the order cause was to much for her so my wife say ok we go somewhere else to eat and she say are you serious?

This waffle house has seen better days. The food was cooked fast and accurately. The manager on duty did not lift a finger to help the struggles of her staff as the restaurant was full of people waiting to be seated. She was busy standing behind the counter trying to look important. Unbelievable how lazy people have become.

Great customer service from Marie. LJ cooked my eggs to perfection! Parking lot was spotless. The dining room was super clean. Every salt and pepper shakers were full and clean. I will definitely be back!! RTR

It’s a Waffle House, so I didn’t expect much to begin with, but was still disappointed with the experience.
Didn’t have a coffee pot so I had to go here a few mornings before I had time to acquire one, just to get a couple cups of coffee to kickstart my day. @ a quarter after 4, they didn’t have any coffee in the pots, so the server had to brew a pot of coffee while I waited patiently for 5-7 minutes. 2nd day, same thing, except one employee was crashed out at the counter and another was outside on the phone and smoking. 3rd, day, which was on a peak weekend day, same thing. Only 1 server out of the 3 I encountered seemed to actually care. The others, nonchalantly ignored me for a minute or two before acknowledging I was even there.

Waited five minutes to even be acknowledged, the first waitress we had had an awful attitude and didn’t even come to check on us. Heard other employees talk about her having other issues at home, but my opinion is you leave your personal business at home and keep it separate from work. The second waitress we had was very polite. but we noticed there was a table that was never cleaned and that is very unprofessional, especially when there are only two costumers in the restaurant. The text they had gotten was clearly more important! very slow and inattentive!
