I have never had an issue with my food until tonight. I purchased an expensive steak and got an extremely salty chewy piece of meat. Idk what this is but I’ve had to chew each tiny bite for what feels like 100 times. This is awful because I’ve had it many times before. I need a do over. If I had a dog I’d feel bad giving it to him. The customer service is ALWAYS on point. I do have an issue with being charged a takeout fee and to go fee when the option to come in isn’t available but I guess I’ll have to get over that. Anyway, I will be returning simply because I always get great service.

Gotta love a Waffle House where everyone decides to take a break at the same time (at 5:30pm, no less). Never again. Stay away from downtown/midtown, enjoy a ride to the Eastern Shore or even head over to Old Shell by USA campus.

My hotel wasn’t serving breakfast early enough for me, and I was delighted to see this Waffle House on my way to my next destination. Service from Bri was friendly and efficient, my bacon, egg and cheese Hash Brown bowl was ready quickly. Overall a fantastic experience, especially as I was in a rush in the early hours of the morning.

Normally when anyone walks into a WH, they greet you… LOUDLY. When we walked in, they just stared at me, my Mother and my aunt. That was weird and they didn’t greet us. There were other diners who came in after us who were greeted. Food was good though.

The cook suffers from LITTLE MAN SYNDROME!!. Real quick to let me know he knows what he is doing WRONG I REQUESTED BUN ON THE SIDE. Cook wrapped hamburger and bun together. Finally realized he made a mistake. Somehow he still managed to get it wrong. NO BUN AT ALL. EXTREMELY RUDE TO HIS CO-WORKER. CALLING HER FAT. WELL LITTLE MAN SHOULD LOOK IM THE MIRROR!!!

Waffle House is down for their consistency. I live in Texas. But when I visit Mobile, I make it a point to stop by a Waffle House. This location was clean and friendly on top of their food being spot on. Definitely recommend.

This is quite possibly the best Waffle House we have been to. Not only was the food quick, fresh & not messy, but the staff was exceptional! Friendly!! Obviously hard working recovering from the New Years Eve crowd though the restaurant looked in great shape after one of their busiest nights of the year. Thank you for a pleasant early breakfast!
