Does anybody know of a waffle house in Mobile that knows how to cook grits and eggs.I tried a different location today and it was awful.Grits hard dry and big clumps eggs over medium and fried hard and to top it off hashbrowns we’re under cooked.I know it’s hard to find help but this location had 2 cooks 2 waitress and 2 other people doing nothing unreal.I will never stop at this location again im almost positive 1 of the guys not doing anything was a district manager but at least the older lady that was my waitress was nice.She even offered to take stuff of my bill she knew it was awful but I told her don’t worry about it cause I wouldn’t be back Location Mcdonald Rd by new Loves station

Our service was great but at check out the girl had a problem doing a gift card, called the manager over 3 times and wouldn’t come to help her. So I am guessing the gift card got hit 3 diff times will have to wait until I get home to see. Really disappointed

The manager on duty was micromanging the heck out of this wonderful team. Food and service was great but how he talked down to them you could clearly see that he was the issue. When he took one of his many bathroom breaks the entire team seemed to have a weight lifted. Keep up the great work guys and let his comments roll off your backs!!
