The only Waffle House I have ever visited in this area is the one next to Flora-Bama. So it just so happened I found myself being a daywalker and in need of a quick meal. So as you might guess this Waffle House location in Foley was pretty much the exact same food as all the other Waffle Houses but it was nowhere nearly as entertaining as the Waffle House next to Flora-Bama but it was actually a bit faster for my food to come out. Overall this is a perfectly standard Waffle House that is a reliable spot to grab a dependable meal 24/7.

Very poor customer service. Went around 10am on Monday 2-2-26. Very few customers in the store but all tables and the bar were stacked with dirty dishes. One staff member with frizzy curly hair was picking her nose as she was talking to another server who was slowly cleaning a table. We were so disgusted we left. We also were never seated. After 5 minutes we walked out. Guess these servers don’t need tips.

Well, what can I say? It’s a Waffle House! I don’t usually leave reviews, but heck, I needed to say something nice about this place cuz of all the memories I got goin here. This place reminds me of mah momma. Nothin like a plate of waffles and cigarette at 11pm. Yea, there might be a few grease stains on the windows and a few crumbs in my booth, but that just aint Waffle House without it. The customer service is always great, friendly staff who do a good job. Waffle House, you’ll always have a special place in my heart. Amen.

Honestly I only went in to ask to use an iPhone charger
as mine was uncooperative and I just wanted to know if it was the charger or the phone.
The staff immediately came to help with a smile.

Waitress was very rude I walked out due to her attitude, other waitress said she would wait on me if I moved to her section, I told her was was just going to leave. I have never been treated that way in a waffle house before.

Well I haven’t eaten here in a while so my husband and I decided to give it a go. I realized why it had been a long time since our last visit. First of all the employees did not greet us, the feeling we got was not welcoming at all. When the waitress came to take our order she was friendly and helpful. She delivered our order and as we began to eat our toast had one blob of butter in the middle. The taste of the food was good and prepared to our liking. I believe the time of day(lunch) is the reason for the way we were treated but still not an excuse for poor customer service and unsatisfactory meals. I do not recommend this waffle house. I will suggest going to the one on the Beach Express.

I have been to alot of waffle House in my time but never been told the hight bar was for to go orders and alot of tables need to be cleaned and we could be seated!!! So if you’re on the area don’t come here
