I waited 30 minutes and all they managed to get out was one to-go plate out of 4. They didn’t even have our drinks ready, and the building wasn’t busy at all, so there was no reason for the service to be that slow. We stopped thinking it would be a quick stop, but it turned into a long wait for nothing. Oh the guy before me was a better person he waited 30+ minutes for two waffles I got my money back ($53).
We’re not complainers, but they have to do better. Customers around us were upset because they were getting the wrong orders, and some even mentioned receiving raw food. The whole environment felt negative, and the staff were being rude and short with each other. They should be more worried about cleaning up the floors & better service.
This location is not professional at all. I will definitely not be stopping here again—they’ve lost my business.

Apparently the restaurant is closed after 10-11 PM and you have to order to go only at a window however you stand at the window and finally after 15 minutes standing at the window someone finally appears from the back to only say they are no longer taking any orders. The inside of the restaurant looks like a total disaster with basically all the tables filthy and dirty. You can definitely tell the night crew is pretty lazy and appears isn’t interested in working. You would think on a Friday night they would be open and busy but it seems a lot of WM are now closing early lately or switching to to go or online only.

Shawn and Kayleigh were absolutely amazing! The food was top notch, by far the best Waffle House experience ever!!!! They were really exceptional to us and our two little girls!!! These two people deserve way more than a pat on the back!!! We will return and only to be served by these two people!!! Better hold on to them!!

Walked in and stood awkwardly, was not greeted and then eventually just sat myself. Food was okay. Smaller portions compared to competitors like Dennys. Menu is very limited, they don’t have offer French fries. Probably would just go to Dennys across the street next time.

Me and my mom came in at the waffle house by flying j in dothan today 9/15/2025 for dinner and whoever was taking orders and cooking were not doing it today they were slow and didnt even check on us and still made us pay for the teas we received after 20 minutes and after still didnt check on us so we got up and left dont think we should’ve paid for the teas that weren’t even 5 dollars worthy because the tea was ruined
