We stopped in at Taylors Waffle House for our Christmas Eve meal and had a great experience. The kitchen staff was incredibly fast — our food came out hot, fresh, and just how we ordered it. The atmosphere wasn’t over the top, just steady, even with the holiday rush. Our server, Peter Pan (yup), was quick and attentive.

First time visit to Waffle House. The waffle and the hash browns were great. The decaf coffee was the best I’ve ever had at a diner. Service was fast and friendly. We will definitely return.

Food – the eggs were good, the bacon was EXTREMELY greasy and was truly dripping with grease. The hash browns tasted weird as if cooked with bad butter or something gross. The coffee was barely warm.
Service – was ok as we were served pretty quickly. Plus she was nice and friendly.
Atmosphere – flies were everywhere and relentless. The staff looked unconcerned with the smell and bugs.

Food is up to Waffle House standards, but half the time if you order online, they’ll leave something out of your order.

Not sure what has happened here. The last 3 times I have ordered here through online. It is missing food and 1 time what I did get was undercooked. Ordered 3 eggs breakfast plate yesterday,, 1/15/25. It was missing an egg and missing the toast. There is no way to call and speak to a person , at the branch or at corporate. I am not able to leave work and go back to the store, and no one responds at corporate emails or messages…Nearly $16.00 dollars. and missing item that is charged extra. And can not reach a human for assistance. This location used to be great. Hate it has took a turn

My food was perfect as usual… the manager Chris was helpful when his staff so rudely checked out two people in front of me and then walked off and chose to get on her phone instead of checking me out. I visit this location often because I work in the area but I don’t know that I would visit this location again if their employees would rather worry about their phones then take care of customers. Oh and since when are the servers allowed to put their personal cashapp on your ticket?!!!! I would love to speak to the regional manager!
