I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on Texas toast with the eggs scrambled with cheese, a double order of hash browns double-covered, a side of bacon-extra crispy, and a fruit punch. I received my sandwich with my eggs not scrambled with cheese, the chewiest bacon on both the sandwich and the additional side order of bacon, and paid extra for a fruit punch because they forgot it the first time. The food tasted funky, and the bacon was literally so undercooked that I couldn’t even eat it so I just tossed it. I do not recommend eating at this location. They can’t get even the simplest of instructions right. This may be because the lady didn’t write down my order instead just tried to memorize it and clearly that’s a flawed strategy considering the quality of what I received back. Great location, terrible everything else.

I live in North Carolina. Came down to Alabama to visit some family and decided to stop at this waffle House. This waffle House, who is the best waffle House experience I’ve had in the last fourth years. Shavon took great care of my allergies and letting the cook Jeannine cooked an amazing breakfast. Customer Service in atmosphere was amazing.

As long as you are familiar with waffle house and other typical greasy spoon diners then concessions are made in the reviews. It’s a little dirty, the employees are a little preoccupied but the food comes out quick and made to order. Far better portions than IHOP and, even though prices never seen to be the same twice, they are affordable.

I can say that this particular visit at this location has deeply scarred the great repor’t and high esteem once held for WH. I usually order the same thing and it’s breakfast food, how hard could it be to prepare? Literally I was there a week ago in the daytime and the food was delicious. But last night. No freaking way. We ordered 2 entree meals 2 waffles and 2 bowls of grits. My friend’s steak and chilli hash brown bowl was such a disappointment for him. They made him wait an extra 20 minutes to prepare the chili, yet when we got home there was no chilli. To make matters worse as I’m going through the bag, there was a strong syrup smell and unusual stickiness to my surprise one of the syrup packs in the bag was already opened when the order was expedited. SMH so I had to wipe down all of the other condiments and utensils and food containers in the bottom of the bag… You know I’m so frustrated at that point. So I kind of was not hungry anymore plus that was allot of work. I decided to eat a portion and thought I can save the rest for breakfast in the morning, OMG forget the fact that my hash browns have burned to char diced onions in them, and the fact that my toast isn’t toasted. Ladies and Gents, why was there a piece of someone’s hair sealed in the rim lid of the grits? I was done, completely. I’m not one to take light to hair being any where near food, stove, fridge no where in the kitchen not even at the kitchen table ” no. ” If you visit this location please be cautious of what you’re eating and know theres a greater certainty of a good visit in the daytime verses the “idk what is going on” in the night.

Visited this location all the time, food is usually great but they definitely need to work on customer service. Walked in, the young lady with blue dreads was taking orders. She was not friendly at all. Didn’t speak to any of the customers, just seemed to be having a horrible day. If there was a closer location, I would’ve cancelled my order and went where the service was much welcomed. If you are dealing with people and you have a horrible dry attitude, she may need to consider something else.

The worst Waffle House ever. Now about a month ago I paid for Togo food and just walked out because they thought I was tripping asking why I had meats well done and y’all give me eggs to be getting cold. Tonight I tried again SMH. Was given food out of takeout window which the lady sat in bugs that’s was on the window. Worse part was the bacon taste spoil and waffle was soft as a sponge. I don’t even do reviews but I had to get this out and after reading other reviews management need to step in and get the house in order.
