Had a great experience at Waffle House thanks to our server, Maya. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly right. The food was hot, fresh, and classic Waffle House perfection, but Maya’s service really made the visit stand out. She kept our drinks full, checked in at the right times, and had such a positive attitude. If you stop by, hope you get Maya as your server — she definitely made our night better. Will be back for sure!

Servers here are usually super nice and I have no complaints about previous visits but today our server was below average. Not sure if it’s because we’re two women and are obviously together but she was dismissive and unresponsive at all times even though we thanked her multiple times. And even that I’d chalk up to a bad day but she was respectful and actually talked to other guests around us specifically right behind us. Like I said usually this behavior is brushed off but for the simple fact it felt targeted makes it inappropriate. Don’t know her name but I know who’s face to avoid IF we decide to come back

OMG I have found the right time to eat at Waffle House. Anytime after 9:00 p.m. on Monday or Tuesday the night shift. The food was so so good that we gave the cook a tip. I believe in all my years of eating at the waffle House I have never had my food taste as good as it did. Make sure you eat what the Bec is cooking! The service was also great ask for Olivia she was very attentive, and courteous. The atmosphere was great. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I mean it you need to really stop by and try eating there when Bec is cooking. I have decided that’s when I’m going to go and only when Bec is the cook.

This Waffle House hasn’t been here very long, but it is the cleanest, fastest, and friendliest Waffle House I’ve ever been to. The staff as friendly quick to take our order in service or food. Some of the patrons said they would rather eat at this particular waffle house than any in the Tri-County area, which is Montgomery , Autauga and Elmore counties. Go ahead and visit this Waffle House restaurant they are open 24 hours a day Make sure you tell him Carolyn sent you.

Maya was my server. She was very disrespectful and would refuse to talk to us. She gave me the wrong drink multiple times and was throwing stuff down onto our table. Would not recommend this location if they allow such actions from their employees

It’s 7:30pm on a Thursday. Should have walked out when all the tables were cleaned off but not wiped down. So we got it to go. I’m eating it because I paid for it and dint feel like driving back from montgomery But my raisin toast is white toast and look at my hashbrowns. They taste burnt. If you get distracted instead of sending burnt food out the door just say I’m sorry there was a mistake and we are remaking it right now. Sorry for the inconvenience. With the prices you pay this is unacceptable.

Food was great only because of the cook name Justin ( cooked & was our waiter ) our waitress ucala hated her job & needs a new one. She was rude, unhelpful & didn’t care if we got any of our food or drinks. There was 2 adults and 2 kids in which both of my girls being 12 years old wanted to sit by themselves so we let them set in a boot next to us while me and my wife sit at the bar and our waitress kept trying to get us to sit in the boot with our girls which we did not want to do and told her that now that being said I know as one family we are taking up two sections for tips which to me is no problem I get good service you get good tip I tip enough for me and my wife and my two girls so the waitress or waiter is not messing out on no tip. My 12-year-old girls even caught her rolling her eyes at me when we had to send the hash browns back because they was overcooked when we told her light and she failed to tell the cook. My hats off to the Cook he did an excellent A+ job at cooking and handling the situation and on top of that serving us for which I did tip him well and to me for service like that demand deserves a raise the waitress deserves a pink slip if you don’t like your job or don’t want to do your job then find one you do want to do instead of making a company look bad.

Eveything you want and expect out of a WH. Friendly and quick service. Food was good and as always you can’t beat the price. Store was clean and our server was super sweet.
