This was the best Waffle House experience we have ever had! We stopped for a bite to eat after driving for hours. Before we were even inside, we were greeted by DoShell and Whkira. They were friendly and welcoming. We were immediately seated. We had a plain waffle, hashbrowns w cheese, and a pecan waffle. The coffee was fresh and the food was great! DoShell was attentive and personable. Once seated, my husband went outside to get my sweater because I was cold. Zeek (supervisor) overheard and turned the heat on for me. That is customer service! DoShell learned it was our anniversary and that we had not been able to celebrate. She chose songs from the jukebox, and the staff sang along. It was a wonderful experience and truly made a less than ideal situation one that will be remembered fondly. I can not say enough positive things about this crew. In addition to the great service, the location is clean, including the restrooms. A sincere thank you to DoShell, Whkira, Zeek, Mel, and CJ!
UPDATE * We stopped by this location again when passing through town. It was still exceptional! We had a new server, Bubba. He did an excellent job. Zeek was amazing, as always! He is professional and friendly. I recommend stopping by. If you do, please tell Zeek I said Hello! We will continue to make this a regular stop.

Located at very convenient location with plenty of Parking. Service was quick and store was clean and well lit. Peppered and covered Hashbrown is a must try.

Best waffle at a Waffle House, and I’ve had more than a few! Perfect density, fluffiness, and slight crisp in the outside. Friendly staff. They even apologized 3 times that our ketchup was empty.

We’ve been to this Waffle House a few times. It’s always been clean and pleasant. Ive always been here at the right time and have never had to wait for a rable to come available. Staff is always in a good mood and friendly. We had Shay as our waitress this morning, she has a wonderful smile and warm attitude. Food was nice and hot. One of the best waffle house restaurants I have been to.

I went on a Wednesday about 9 pm the girl said “we’re closed!” went again on a Wednesday they were open 24 hours. So if they would get their workers and hours right, id give them all stars. The food was great for me. I ate all of it.

Eggs undercooked came back cold after recooking while rest of food got cold. Worst cheeseburger ever. This place is the exception to all other Waffle Houses I’ve ever eaten in a bad way. And they weren’t even busy. Never again Waffle House Eufaula, Al.
