I hate leaving bad reviews, especially since I’m a regular, but this visit was rough. Food was okay (2/5), but service and cleanliness were both 0/5. We never received drink refills and had to flag down another server because the young, dark-haired male server never brought our drinks. He clearly needs basic waiter training.
The dining room floor was dirty, dishes were stacking up, and table awareness was lacking.
Posting this because this location can do better with proper training and management attention.

I have always loved Waffle House as my mom used to manage one so I grew up in them. This Waffle House was very friendly from the moment we walked in. Stopped what they were doing even tho they were very busy to help us. And then when our waffles were forgotten they were very apologetic and made us fresh new ones. Their floor was very messy but again they just had a big rush so understandable. Definitely would come back!!!

My wife ordered a Philly cheesesteak Texas toast with hash browns ( with ham, onions, and cheese) when she got her food the hash browns didn’t have anything in them. We told the waitress, and she said let me get that fixed for you. When she returned with the food, the cook threw a piece of cheese on top, threw a few pieces of ham around the sides and sprinkled onions across it and said there you go. That has to be the worst experience we had in a Waffle House in 50 years. My wife wasn’t pleased with the taste of the food and it definitely didn’t look that awesome. Thank you for your time

Should have known better, one other person in restaurant but it takes several minutes for the server to get to us. Ordered sausage well done, hash browns scattered smothered crisp and a waffle dark.. sausage half done, hash browns half done and waffle barely done. My friend ordered hash brown bowl with onions and peppers – he got hash brown bowl with mushrooms and tomato. Server brought peppers on the side when asked, said I won’t charge you for those..She better not because she already charged for to more expensive items that were not requested. Atmosphere was empty..1 to go order otherwise no one. Haven’t had WH in 10 years.. from this experience…I remember why now.

I’ve been to a lot of Waffle Houses, I tell ya hwat and this is the nicest one of all. The service was good and the cook, Piggles, was very charming and made the best omelette I’ve ever had. Will go again.

I wanted this review to be 5 stars, because the lady made sure my boyfriend wasn’t stealing my online order. But I got an all-star breakfast without the bacon and the butter for my waffle was completely melted.

Placed an order online and got home with it. The eggs were over cooked. Didn’t receive the side order of bacon and the one we did get with the all star breakfast was burned. Tried calling Waffle House multiple times and no one was answering the phone.

Im not typically a waffle house kind of client. However, this one is new so we tried it. Our waitresses are all sweet, helpful, and fast. The food is filling, hot, and made to order. The restaurant is clean.

Very busy.Had to sit and wait for a table to empty.Crew seemed to handle the chaos well. Once we ordered we got our food pretty quick and as we ordered. Good food!
