THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! This was absolutely MIND BLOWING.
I went in with my friend at around 1 am.
When I walked in, there was 2 waitresses & 2 cooks. I was NEVER greeted or acknowledged at all. EVERY. SINGLE. Table in the restaurant was full of plates and food… which would be fine but I stood there and waited for 40 minutes and was never even acknowledged!! Mind you, there was only ONE COUPLE sitting down to eat. The rest of the tables were empty.. after 40 minutes of waiting and watching both the waitresses just stand around on their phones IGNORING ME, I finally said “excuse me, can somebody please clean off a table for us to sit down at?” They looked at me and laughed! And ignored me completely. Then, one of the waitresses started talking about me asking for a table to be cleaned to the couple that was sitting down, saying I could clean it myself!
And I DID HAVE TO CLEAN OFF A TABLE MYSELF!!!! after I cleaned off the plates and food and wiped the table down, I sat down and waited to be served. Me and my friend sat there for 25 more minutes while both the waitresses completely ignored us and NEVER took our order or even spoke to us!
I am absolutely APPALLED by this experience. Never in my life have I had such an insane and disgustingly rude customer service!!! The manager should be absolutely ashamed…. Also here are a few photos for reference… taken AFTER I waited 45 minutes and cleaned off my own damn table….

Not impressed with food here at all. Don’t show me a picture of cheese grits in a bowl on the menu then give me a scoop of clumped grits on my plate with a half slice of fake cheese on top of it. Bacon wasn’t crispy and eggs were pretty skimpy.

I love everyone that works at WF. They’re always welcoming and they make my food with love & care. They have an awesome family vibe when I’m in there. Even when they’re packed full, they still make sure you’re taken care of, that’s rare in most restaurants, they wanna do anything to kick you out, not WF theyre very chill & I’ll forever be a regular at WF in Guntersville

This was literally the worst waffle house I have ever been to do not eat here. We come in and they are hosing the floors down. The floors are soaking wet. They didn’t start squeegeeing the floors until after we had almost left then one of the workers friends proceeds to come in Who was African-American and his friend proceeds to tell him as he walks in the door that they do not serve his kind there Half of them were on their phone and not paying attention they burnt our waffles the first time then the worker proceeds to fling the waffles around in the air goofing around instead of actually working The grits that I got were not even hot they were barely even warm. The eggs were halfway overcooked and halfway not even done completely. The bacon was burnt the sausage wasn’t completely cooked. Our waffles were almost burnt after they remade them from them being burnt the first time by the time we got our food, everything was pretty much cold. Let’s just say we did not enjoy our experience at this waffle house and we will not be eating here again 0 stars for this place google wouldn’t let me post my review without leaving 1 star

Asked for 2 over medium eggs and got scrambled. Ask for chrispy hash browns and got concrete hash rowns. 19.00 for eggs bacon and hash browns. No toast and no beverages. This is a major disappointment

After leaving one restaurant because of bad food and customer service we ended up here. Waffle House has never been our favorite but it’s always available when everything is closed! Lol this location had great customer service and the food was very good!
