It was Christmas day! So busy! Our service was reasonably quick, food was cooked to order, hot, with lots of coffee! We sat at the counter and had a very enlightening conversation with the dishwasher. He there just to do the dishes because of the influx of patrons. Enjoyed!!

I think this is the first time I have ever given a two star rating and I feel bad doing it but I have to be honest.
It is conveniently located near the interstate. It does have plenty of parking.
We had to sit at a table that needed to be wiped down because all the empty’s had been cleared but not wiped.
I politely asked for the table to be wiped. That was our only request for the whole visit.
The two servers acted like we were bothering them by being there. Never greeted us or smiled.
The food. Hash browns toast and bacon was good.
Steak..seasoned well but spit out in your napkin tough. The pecan waffle on the third attempt..we could hear them discussing why it wasn’t working. Came out half cooked and was in-eatable. The scramble eggs were very good.
This is the worst food and service I have ever experienced in any restaurant. The manager kept looking at us but we didn’t say anything, just left a $10.00 tip, paid and left.
I would not recommend this restaurant.

Waffle House has had a terrible greedy price increase. I could have went to Cracker Barrel And got a great meal for less. I can no longer recommend this place. Stay away!

Food’s always cooked to perfection. Staff are polite and respectful. They rember what I drink and order when I come in. The structure is always tidy inside and out. It’s cheaper than McDonald’s. I highly recommend for everyone of any age

Well, my truck broke down on I59 in Alabama near the Waffle House. So I had breakfast here and waited for my truck to get fixed. It was very comfortable setting and real great prices. After eating, I just waited here inside to get updated from the mechanic shop and the staff didn’t mind me waiting inside. I’m happy that they are very understanding of travelers and me just hanging out here until I was ready to leave. The food was great. Kylie was our server and very kind. I just want to say that the staff here at Waffle House made me feel very welcome both as customer and as a fellow person. Thank you. It was my first experience at Waffle House. I’m from California and was heading back when I broke down here. But it gave me a chance to appreciate this moment in life at a friendly restaurant in a small Alabama town.

Very bad nasty place the eggs were NOT done they wouldnt replace them the hashbrowns were not crispy nor done they were soggy and nasty i would suggest NOT going there when the manager is there he is a very bad cook and a bad manager in all they were talking saying there was nothing to do they could have been cleaning the restraunt it was very dirty tables floor fingerprints and food splaters all over stuff i would suggest if you do go to go when steve is working!!!!!!

Great experience at Waffle House this morning! You can tell this place has a good culture and everyone was very nice and hard working. Lexi was my server and she did great. Due to the Boaz location being closed temporarily, I had to pivot and make my way to Attalla. Management needs to show some recognition to this location for not being ordinary but instead being extraordinary.
